especially like to mention Tamali as she takes customer service to the next level .I have recommended the ingleburn branch too many friends and relatives because of that.i was at the ingleburn branch to apply for a loan and when Tamali pulled my file I noticed how thin it looked I was always used to seeing a really thick file I asked Tamali about it she told me all the information is still there but she has it on the computer hard drive also noticed the application form has also been made alot easier to use so well done to all involved.

Very easy process. Just phone up first for a time you come in then the people at money plus will have your paper sorted out for you. Just come in and login to your bank for statements print out and wait 15 minutes. You will have your fund. Been with money plus 4 years now. Great people, great service . Show details ·  1

Stay Clear of Money Plus – Close the burwood office, then you have to deal with the incompetent staff at Bankstown. Problem after problem after problem. Avoid money plus like the plague, what they say and do are two different things. An absolute nightmare to deal with.

Terrible service and slow – The worst service I’ve used. No customer service or responses at all. Repeatedly asking for the same info. Turnaround time is 3-4 days not 1 day. Fees excessive
