We moved houses (from Pagewood to Quakers Hill) after 28 yrs. Eileen and the team did an excellent job. Arrived on time to move the contents of our 4-bedroom house, carefully wrapped the glass cabinets, tv etc. Everyone was polite and pleasant. They made our move stress-free. Best movers we’ve come across – We have moved many times over the last few years, I wish we had discovered Black Stallion before. Fabulous – Black Stallion are fabulous removalists. They have done two jobs for me, one yesterday and one a few years ago, and on both occasions they were super-efficient and also really friendly. They are very careful with fragile items and special furniture, and they also take great care not to cause damage to walls and floors in the house when moving items. The best removalist in Sydney – Black Stallion helped us move into our new home, there where 4 men with 2 large trucks, they started at our old address at 10am and left our new address at 8pm, the guys where amazing, nothing was to much trouble, so professional and caring with all our belongings. Moving is stressful, then 20 mins before they start you get a call saying they're going to be 4 hours late! – The complaint is simple. Black Stallion couldn't honour the agreed start time. 1pm Then the duration it took to move 2br apartment to 2br apartment, Same suburb! pick up address and deliver to same suburb but 11 floors up a lift. A 3 hour quote became a 9 hour move. A well known factory conversion apartment building where industrial sewing machines were moved about was deemed a difficult load. 7 hour load truck/van with 1 flight of stairs 2 hour unload with 11 flights up a lift. 1 person moved and unwrapped most of this stuff up the lift by himself the other guy stayed with the truck. When I asked why 7 hours to load compared to 2 hours to unload I got a lot of excuses. When I booked Black Stallion Removalists I had no idea I would end up making my bed at midnight. Its strange that the day after the move Black Stallion sent an email asking me how I thought the move went and any comments for improved service. When I told them they seemed annoyed and simply advised all moves are stressful. Yes if your company is not timely; very stressful. The thing is I did NOT get a "Black Tie" service. I got late service, delayed service, and when I complained - no customer service. When I queried if maybe I paid for meal breaks, the response is I should of bought them dinner! Wow! Go elsewhere!! Anywhere but here. Note: The bill shows 7 hours. I know it took 2 hours to unload. So that makes 5 hours to load plus another 2 hours where I helped move boxes into a van.

Excellent! – We had some pieces of furniture that needed a lot of protective packing and some furniture that needed special expertise to disassemble and reassemble. Our move was made more complicated as furniture was going to 2 different locations and with difficult access and many stairs. Black Stallion was efficient and careful, everything arrived in perfect condition, and the whole team was most helpful and obliging. A great experience.
