Gabriel and Andre were excellent in their communication and moving skills. They were very careful with every piece of furniture. Moving from a four bedroom house in Redlands to a four bedroom house in Ipswich. From start to finish communication was excellent, they were prompt, no hidden costs, very reasonable, would use their service again.
We had our boxes opened and a number of boxes stolen from Brisk Employees whilst our property was in storage. When mentioned on Social media their solution was to block and ignore. I had an extremely poor experience with Brisk Transport and would not use them again. My move was in two parts - a pickup on one day and placed in storage and then delivered five days later. least one item is still missing - a drawer in a bedside table - how does this get lost? This was not superficial wear and tear — the damage was significant and clearly the result of careless handling.
The situation deteriorated further once the damage was raised. Communication was difficult, responsibility was avoided, and no satisfactory resolution was offered other than they would waive the delivery fee. If I wanted to go through their insurance, I was told I needed receipts. Who still has receipts after 40 years? I was left to absorb both the cost and stress of repairs caused by their actions.
One further concern: before booking, I was influenced by the large number of glowing reviews. In hindsight, many of these reviews share a very similar cadence, tone, and structure, which now raises questions for me about how representative they are of genuine customer experiences.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering Brisk Transport read reviews carefully beyond the glowing ones and proceed with caution. I would give zero stars if I could.
We found Brisk to be an absolutely fantastic company to relocate our small home contents from Queensland to Victoria. The customer service was exemplary, their timekeeping was spot on, they had great comms & very pleasant & experienced removalists. We couldn’t have asked for any better service, well done Brisk.

Great service from Perry, Reece and Ace. They managed to squeeze a 4 bed house and dbl garage into a 6m container. These guys are amazing!!! At the end they made sure any space was filled with things I was hoping I didn’t need to throw out. Magicians at work

From initial contact regarding quotes through to delivery of our furniture into storage we had clear and concise answers to any questions, we had a hiccup regarding fitting our belongings into the truck but considering the way the two movers handled everything we can’t complain. We certainly shall be looking at using them again in 3 weeks to complete the move to Hervey Bay.

The men carefully packed all our belongings for our 4 bedroom house. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. As well as doing a brilliant job they went beyond to find solutions for items that were difficult to pack. During our move from Qld to Vic, we were notified well in advance of their arrival at both ends of the trip. I wouldn't hesitate to use Brisk Transport again.
This was our second Brisk move in 12 months and they didn’t disappoint! The crew arrived on time and treated our things with care. Everything is now carefully wrapped and delivered to our storage unit, ready for our next Brisk move.

premises. From my initial contact with Sean to the 2 boys arriving at the storage sheds the job was seamless. They scoped the pieces to be moved and it was done quickly and professionally. Braydon and Caleb were very polite, professional and happy to accommodate any requests from me without any fuss. Unloading at the new premises was also done quickly with care and no damage. I was hoping to finish the move in the minimum 2 hour period and was very pleased when it finished within the time frame. I thoroughly recommend Brisk and will definitely use them for my next move.
Follow-up · As a follow up, to answer some of readers’ questions, we didn’t have the boys pack for us but we did have lots of heavy items for them to move as we were relocating to a new commercial kitchen. The boys didn’t hesitate to move anything I asked and put them in the locations I asked. Access to both places wasn’t an issue as they were both ground floor with no stairs or lifts, thankfully. on moving day, the 3 guys were brilliant, laughing and working extremely hard to get the job done. We expected the job to take all morning and these guys filled a 38 m Container in a couple of hours (that was our entire house and shed/garage 3 bedroom) brilliant. The best bunch of guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. When we were moving from Melbourne to Brisbane and were let down by our original removal company. company on the day of our move. We called Brisk and they were absolutely amazing! They organised two trucks to come the next day to move us to Brisbane. We had to negotiate with the owner of the property that we could move it the next day, which they were fine about. Because we had paid a deposit to the other company, we were short paying Brisk the full balance till we were reimbursed, which they were so helpful and accommodating. They would remove all our furniture and one truck would go to our new house in Brisbane and the other truck would go to their undercover storage facility in Brisbane till it was paid. Which happened to be a month. The removalists ( I kid you not), turned up at 7am in the morning ready to put in a hard days yakka. We were expecting two guys and because they had to squeeze us in between the other jobs they had scheduled for that day, we had seven ( yes seven) guys to help us move out which too no more than us four hours all up. The removalists asked what we would like to put in the first truck which would be the essentials we would need. And the non essential items were put in the second truck for storage. When they arrived in Brisbane, they were just as friendly and professional and ready to get stuck in. Nothing was broken, they handled everything as if it was their own and they were very communicative and respectful. I really wouldn’t use any other removal company. They absolutely went above and beyond what was expected of them and can through with flying colours!

reminded 24h before and then 45 minutes before the truck arrived on the promised time. The packing was done by Alvin and Jack, who utilised every cubic centimetre of space and allayed our fears that the container would not be big enough... we ended up with space to spare. Not only that, they did it quickly and in an spirit of cooperation and positivity. Our consignment was delayed by damage to the railway lines caused by a severe weather event. The only negative in the entire move was that Campbell was ill when our consignment was due to arrive and so was unable to communicate the new delivery date. This was done as soon as he was back at work. The delivery was as safe, smooth, efficient and quick as the uplift. The contractors, Jeffrey and Chris of Mid North Removals, arrived on time and were clearly well experienced and dealt with the steep driveway without difficulty. So overall, our move was handled safely and well by good and experienced removalists. We would wholeheartedly recommend Brisk Transport for long distance removals.

On moving day, the team arrived in a rush — not with the calm, careful professionalism you'd expect from an experienced moving company, but with an urgency that screamed carelessness. There was no regard for our home, no concern for how things were being handled. It felt more like they were racing against a stopwatch than performing a service that involved people’s valuable possessions and property. The real disaster came when their mover, Jack, recklessly slammed our large French door fridge straight into our kitchen island benchtop, leaving a significant crack running through the joint — a clear result of poor handling and zero situational awareness. These photos speak for themselves. This wasn’t a minor dent or scuff — it was serious, structural damage to a central piece of our home. We immediately reported the damage to their operations manager, [Name Removed], who instructed us to get three quotes so they could lodge a claim with their insurance. After consulting multiple professionals, we were told that repair would be a risky short-term patch job and that replacement was the only proper fix to prevent further issues. We did the legwork, sourced quotes from benchtop manufacturers, and submitted everything — only for Brisk Transport to start playing games. That’s when [Name Removed] from Brisk Transport stepped in to say they would only consider a repair — not a replacement — despite the expert advice we provided. We reasonably requested that if Brisk insisted on the repair route, they would need to assume full responsibility for any future issues since they were choosing the cheaper, riskier option. And then — radio silence. It’s now been over two months. No follow-up. No action. No response. Our benchtop is still cracked, and we’re now being forced to seek legal advice. Brisk Transport didn’t just damage our property — they disrespected our time, ignored their responsibility, and completely failed us during one of the most stressful periods of our lives. If you’re looking for a moving company that treats your belongings and your home with care — look elsewhere. They might call themselves professionals, but based on our experience, Brisk Transport treats their customers like numbers and their mistakes like your problem. Spare yourself the stress. Don’t risk it with Brisk.

This is the 2nd time I have used Brisk. Moved from a 3 brm house to a 2 brm unit. Pedro & AV were friendly, helpful & so efficient.
