Saleem and his assistant were amazing, they were punctual and ready to start. Saleem continued to reassure me all day not to worry, that he would take care of everything. Damaged floors, made you pay first after loading truck before moving. I paid $1000 6hrs and company still owes me a refund for two hours as they finished early. starting because they didn't need a large truck. Then it took them three trips to complete.

They cancelled the second job we had booked at 2pm, leaving us with no options to source another company. This job was for a vulnerable member of our community who needed to vacate a dwelling urgently.

Final payment didn't take into account our deposit being paid. Spam called and harassment until I made payment.

I raised all of the above with their customer service team, and was advised I couldn't raise a complaint until payment was made.

I used this company on the 27th March . It was a big move over 100klm . They arrived on time both for pickup and at the destination . It was a 4bd home. Very good. Fast and very friendly. Did call to 30min before ariving and came 1hr after. Happy with that. Would use for pt2 of my move. Moved bed, bed frame, couch, book shelves and computer chair. Tool box roller bottom and small cabnet. Did expect it to take longer. Nice and quick Show reply

Not pet friendly, if they see any signs of your pet, like your pet’s bed, they will cancel and leave you high and dry. Drivers turned up, lied to my face, said the truck was not large enough, had to go back and get a larger truck. When I called the office, they said it was a hygiene issue due to cat fur. the pet chair and I will take it myself. They did offer a later time, still with no guarantee the driver would not cancel again, don’t feel safe relying on them again. I’m now left with no movers and three days to move out, and they kept the deposit!

They are not worthy of one star, they tried to overcharge my wife by $1000 more than the original quote, they refused to move our televisions saying they don't do televisions. They kept saying they needed another 4 men and 2 trucks to do the move, they broke stuff, they were rude and very lazy. We ended up hiring a trailer because they only moved half the stuff. I'm surprised they haven't been arrested for running a business like that.

What you’re quoted is definitely not what you end up paying. When I raised a complaint, the customer service was extremely disappointing. There was no genuine effort to resolve the issue — instead, I was given an “option” that was completely impractical and did not address the problem at all. It felt like they were just trying to close the case rather than help the customer. Overall, this service is a complete rip-off for the money charged. Save yourself the stress, time, and extra cost — do not choose this company.

Excellent service by CBD Movers! The team arrived on time and worked very efficiently throughout the entire move. They were polite, careful with all the items, and handled everything in a very professional way. What I liked the most was their dedication and teamwork — they made a stressful job look easy.
