We had a large 2 story home with 4 bedrooms and office and heavy outdoor furniture. A full garage or racking and a gym set up and the boys had no issues. Very professional very careful with our furniture and good attitude. We used truck #2 mark. Show reply

Mark and his team moved two houses into one including 2 sofas, a king bed, double bed and a mechanical bed, many bookshelves and boxes and bags. They figured out how to bring everything up stairs including the heavy mechanical bed and did it efficiently, safely and with a smile. Highly recommend! Show reply

Follow-up · Access in and out of where I was moving from was down a narrow pathway at the back of block had its challenges & made the move more difficult/take longer. They did do the furniture disassembly and reassembly I requested. After the move I noticed a dent in my new fridge. Reneges on contract. Sends people who have no clue, no instructions about where to drop-off. Said he will have to make two trips and charge accordingly as his truck was small.
The guys did a good job moving stuff and were friendly. However, they left rubbish in the property and the common areas. (Food wrappers, left over plastic roles etc. ) They also were very pushy about getting a review before the job was even completed. business seems to push some type of policy or procedure to get customers to leave a review for each job which is unnerving. Respectfully, this comes off to encourage more people to take them on and get more business. You shouldn't be insisting that your customers leave a review for a service they’re already paying for. Accept payment, give the people a paper or flyer saying if they are happy with the service to please review here, and leave..
Again, the guys were friendly, they worked hard to get the job done, but I don’t think they should have to push for reviews ontop of the work they’re putting in. More professionalism and organisation on behalf of management is in order in my opinion.

Ron truck 14 Charged extra fees and claimed they were mandatory. The paperwork clearly states you can refuse it, but it’s given after the event. T&C are hidden until the end. Would not use AAA City Removalist again. Be wary, as you'll be paying for services that weren't agreed upon.
