Punctual flights and generous economy legroom – We flew with Alaska domestic flights from Honolulu to San Antonio in USA in past December, transit at Seatle. The flights were punctual each time, generous legroom even economy. The flight attendants were polite and friendly, the free snack was good quality. Secure your Suitcase – Had something happen to our family that I didn't think was possible. Our suitcase was broken into (I assume by an Alaska Airline employee) and 3 pairs of just purchased Nike running shoes, T-shirts and gifts were STOLEN. and review security footage" turned into not even the courtesy of a reply. If items can be removed from a suitcase without so much as a scrap of evidence I'd be sure something could be inserted. I thought airports were amongst the most secure locations on earth! You've lost me as a customer Alaska Airlines!
