Bought my show ticket yesterday and paid $129 each whereas I today found out Ticketmaster has the same section priced at $79. There seems to be blatant price gouging. Show details

having seen King 810, a few weeks prior. It's never an issue with Ticket Merchant, even though my phone smashed on the Saturday before and I switched to a back up. The Hall is an excellent venue for concerts and the drinks quality is really good. I left my car at the station on the way home and walked back to pick it up in the morning. The Concert itself was like a 40 Year anthology just kicking off. I've been getting into these concerts and I took it easy the next day. Thanks for a great experience. The Fortitude Valley entertainment Precinct looked new and bright. I'll be looking to go out a bit more because it's so easy. Thanks for providing such a great night out.

The show was great overall. Even though we were close enough that I probably could’ve touched Jimmy, his back was facing us a lot. Also, why do all the stand seats get cup holders, but those of us who pay heaps more for floor seats don’t? Honestly, it was really inconvenient.

That’s genuinely the main reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars. Jimmy is a great performer, the event staff were friendly and helpful, and the stadium was surprisingly clean considering the amount of people there. I do wish there had been more merchandise besides just a book — I love buying things from events because it’s my way of remembering experiences.

The food was definitely expensive, which was expected, but honestly it was quite delicious compared to the Rod Laver food court options, so that surprised me in a good way. I just wish there’d been a bit more variety beyond chips and chocolates.

The opening act was… interesting. He came across as a very angry man at first, but I guess that’s his dry humour style. It didn’t completely land with me personally, although my husband loved him. I wasn’t offended by anything he said, and some of it was genuinely amusing — I’m even laughing about parts of it now — but I think I just wasn’t prepared for that level of energy straight off the bat as an opening act.

Overall though, it was a great show and we had a really great time.

Jason Bonham himself was incredible to watch. Knowing the legacy behind him made it even more special, but beyond that, his performance stood on its own — precise, passionate, and commanding. You could feel the emotion behind the tribute, especially during moments dedicated to his father. It wasn’t just a concert; it felt like a genuine celebration of Zeppelin’s music and history.

The setlist was perfect, packed with iconic tracks that had everyone singing along, while the musicianship across the board was flawless. The sound quality, lighting, and overall production elevated the experience even further — it was immersive without ever overshadowing the music itself.

What really stood out was how connected the crowd felt. There was this shared energy in the room, like everyone knew they were part of something special.

If you’re even remotely a Led Zeppelin fan, this show is a must-see. It’s as close as you’ll get to the real thing — and in many ways, it’s a tribute done exactly right.

Went to see Carl Barron at the Palais theatre.tickets easy to purchase and download. Carl Barron was amazing, funny, laughed all show. The Palais is a Beautiful venue, such an amazing place. people hold onto something to get up and down those stairs. A lot of people were first time patrons and don’t know the extent of the seating arrangements in the higher sections.

Bought footy tickets through Ticket Merchant when we could get good tickets through regular ticket sales. Great experience, great seats, will definitely be using Ticket Merchant in the future Show details

They conceal the fact that they are a reseller by stating it across the top of their website but in minuscule font designed to ignore. I managed to complete the whole process without realising that they were not the official seller of the tickets and paid $180 too much for my tickets as a result. exactly the same experience. Why would anyone knowingly buy from a reseller if they could get a much cheaper price from the authorised ticket seller? The platform profits from scalping, but are worse, as you dont know they are scalpers and so assume the price is the base market price for that ticket. It is a similar offence to what Coles was recently convicted for in misleading customers to believe that the discounted price was off a base market price. This tactic works for products where people dont know the base price. Ticket Merchant should be fined for misleading and deceptive conduct and deregistered.
