5 stars for this luxurious mattress topper very comfortable & cool, great for hot sleepers. Only used for 1 night but made a huge difference, as we recently purchased a new mattress that’s a bit on the firm side. You won’t be disappointed 100 % recommend. Some products are not as good as others, but if there are any defects, the customer service team do a great job to resolve the issue. We bought a buffet. Upon opening the box most of the parts were covered in a white dust, there were blobs of a white cement. Some parts were damaged. After reporting to Temple and Webster we've been ghosted for over week. No responses to our emails.… Read more
No updates on the replacement. We just have this large box sitting in our living room which we'd like gone.
Follow-up · After some back and forth, Temple and Webster replaced the unit. The replacement unit had a faulty door, which we switched out with the original unit. They said to donate it throw out the original buffet. I’d suggest you demand they remove it. These are big and heavy - a pain to dispose of.
Ordered a Eames replica chair. It is only 3/4 size not full size. Parts are missing, chair sits too low to be used. Poor quality finish, glue showing. Contacted the help centre but no response after 3 days. Very expensive chair for the cat. Show details
Follow-up · The missing parts arrived after a few weeks and I was finally able to assemble the chair properly. It is much better.

refund/replacement as their website wasn’t updated. Was still showing in transit.
The autobot was useless- telling me to log into my order and get a refund. I escalated to a human autobot who copied and pasted the same info.
Then she sent me an email with instructions on how I need to repack and put the return label on it. But no return label! When I quizzed her she said it was the box itself.
Absolutely hopeless customer service. They don’t read your response. I would love to visit their helpdesk and see all the autobots working. Can I advise you to download an empathy program into them?
Can’t wait to see what the mattress will be like… I’ll have to use the floor cause it won’t fit on the bed.
So disappointing.
UPDATE : went from 1 star to 4 star. TW have been very helpful - especially Helen. They replaced it promptly, Everything came together and in the end very happy.
I would give them 5 stars but collecting the exchanged product took so long - and the initial customer service.
I will shop from TW again. They are good guys that although are online to keep costs down, genuinely back their store up when you need help.

They gave me a store credit and promised once the credit was given that it would then be changed to a refund.
They gave me a $570 store credit because they took the shipping costs off. Which really they should pay as it’s not a correctly advertised product.
This was nearly 3 weeks ago. I’ve sent 7 emails and talked to some [Content Removed] overseas many times and even called a few times. Never gotten an answer; always a “we’ll get back to you” “let me investigate for you”

wasn't in a rush, with that delay, I was okay to proceed. The ETA for the order to be leaving their warehouse to be delivered was Feb 27th, so I decided that I wouldn't bother checking in on order tracking until then. 3 weeks go by and Feb 27th passes, with my order tracking still showing as "Pending" via their online portal. I decide that I will reach out to them if we get to 4-weeks and there aren't any further updates. On March 2nd I received an email from them to apologise that the draws I had ordered weren't in stock any more, but here's some alternatives that we can offer a $30 voucher for + the price of your original order, but you will need to pay any applicable difference. Disappointed at this, I submitted a complaint to T&W upon receiving said message. I would have expected at the time of order they would have had enough information to let me know that my order couldn't have been fulfilled, rather than leaving me in the dark for over 3 weeks. That same day I submitted the complaint, I received a call from Helen in their customer service team who was able to assist promptly in organising a refund + a gift card as compensation, for making me wait so many weeks to not receive the draws I had been waiting for. Although I was disappointed to not receive the draws, due to the fact they matched very nicely to my bedside tables, Helen's help made my mood do a full 180. Her assistance was excellent.

I usually like Temple & Webster products, but I’m disappointed with this rug. I purchased it thinking it would be a light blue rug with blue patterns, but in reality, it’s more of a beige colour (almost looks dirty) with only some blue in it. I have spoken to customer service and they were pretty good with the service provided. My 3 stars are for the exceltent customer service provided by Helen.
Just been told in there chat service if U order a sofa, I have to agree to authority to leave and will be left out the front of apartment building. If I don't agree it will not be delivered. Have never come across such bulky take or lump it service.
