I really wanted the Happy 2 lounge to have if my child was unwell we could sleep together and know she won't roll out the bed. I went to order and just missed a sale. driver’s came, assembled the lounge and removed the rubbish and took it with him. The lounge is very comfortable and high quality. I have to say my total experience has been with no faults. Thoroughly satisfied. Will definitely purchase for lounge lovers again.
Follow-up · Since purchasing the lounge, I’m still loving it. The fabric is easy to spot clean when needed. I have 2 cats and a dog, and you would never know. There are no pulls in the fabric or signs of wear and tear. So far so good.

standard single bed so my poor guests were left with their feet dangling off the end!! They also mentioned feeling the metal cross bars I believe are some anti sagging structures. Needless to say, a waste of money as not fit for purpose . May be ok for kids. Unfortunately I did not realise this within the 21 day return period :(

extremely disappointing. The leather has not held up as you would expect for the price, and more concerning, the seams on the sofa have started coming apart. For furniture that is meant to last years, this level of workmanship is simply unacceptable.
When it came time to make a claim under the Guardsman protection plan, the experience became even more frustrating. The process is unnecessarily difficult, slow, and full of technicalities. Instead of helping resolve legitimate issues, it feels like they look for every possible loophole in the fine print to avoid honouring the warranty.
What was sold as a simple protection plan has turned into a drawn-out process of requests, exclusions, and reasons why the claim might not qualify. It leaves you feeling like the protection plan is designed more to protect the company than the customer.
Between the poor durability of the sofa, seams literally coming apart, and the extremely difficult claims process, the entire experience has been very disappointing.
I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Lounge Lovers to think carefully before purchasing their furniture and to be very skeptical about the Guardsman protection plan that is pushed at the time of sale.
