I had a great experience shopping at Eureka Street Furniture in North Lakes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. The store was clean and well-organized, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the furniture is excellent for the price. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to others.

want a store credit , the sofa wasn't damaged unpacked , they are refusing to give a full refund , the customer service in the Oxley store is non existence , would not recommend this company
I purchased a crossback stool, collected it from the warehouse. Once opened there are black marks that are scratched into most surfaces of the chair. I emailed and was told by an online manager that is how it's made!! What rubbish, i have 2 others with not a mark on them. So I now have a damaged stool that looks like cr#p and was told it was supposed to be like that. Show details

Our lounge suite purchase arrived in perfect condition and we are so very happy it came with 100% perfection. I was worried as i was only able to see a single recliner in store in a different colour and only able to see the sample colour on a swatch but so happy it arrived as promised in the exact colour and no imperfections. Follow-up · This furniture did not require assembly and it is very comfy. The dining table, chairs and matching counter stools have proven to be just what we wanted, easy to clean and looks amazing!!

Follow-up · The chairs were assembled so no setup required. They came in boxes so my husband had to take 3 trips to pick them up! I would suggest paying for the delivery! They are very comfortable to sit on. I haven't cleaned the leather yet, it was suggested in the store to just wipe them over with a damp cloth so they stay moist and the leather doesn't crack. I'll keep on eye on it and use a leather cleaner if necessary.

Did not have the best experience with mistakes made by staff that has had me having to wait for months for a delivery of a product that was currently delivered wrong. I was without kitchen bench stools while waiting for them to be available again and then to top it off they wanted to charge me for delivery again.
The delivery from the online store was exceptional. The two young men that unpacked. My product were very quick to see that there was a fault with it and did the requisite follow-up from an incomplete delivery so I’m now just waiting on customer service to call me to clarify what they are going to do about my product that is damaged.. Won’t be buying again from Eureka Changed delivery date 5 times and took 6 months for items to arrive I went in after five months and said I wanted to cancel my order, I wanted a full refund where I was informed that head Office had brushed me off and said by the time I contact the ACCC my items would be here so no, I couldn’t have my refund… Read more
