furniture are well-suited to my new home. The sales agent, Charlotte, at the Nunawading store was patient as I tried virtually all of the dining room chairs to make sure that they not only looked good and matched the dining room table I chose, but were comfortable. Same with the bar stools. My new home is in a fairly remote area, but delivery was no problem. I opted for the package deal of delivery, installation, and removal of packing materials. As a person of a certain age and moving into a down-sized community, it was important that the delivery was on time and that I was not left with making arrangements for installation and packing material removal. Focus came through on all counts. I highly recommend Focus, which my sister took seriously and has purchased new dining room chairs to replace well-worn ones.

wiped their hands of the matter. It is clear the damage is old and would have fested for a while from either production, transport and or storage.

Unfortunately we will not be using Focus on Furniture for any future purchases as clearly they have a zero care factor.

My experience at the store was great but the delivery experience was terrible. The delivery companies that Focus on Furniture use are not professional and make excuses not to deliver items even though I had paid $160 for delivery. drivers cancelled the order and refused to deliver the items, as they "Won't carry it down the street 100 metres." I emailed the store manager and didn't even get a response and when I called they were not very helpful. I was promised another delivery driver with a smaller truck. But when they arrived, it was the same sized truck, that again stated they usually cancel the order if they can't park in front of the property. They delivered the items, but again had issues with parking and said they couldn't assemble it and that I should save the money and do it myself.

The products are good but I would avoid paying for their delivery service and organise delivery yourself or with airtasker.

The range of products on the website was great and very easy to follow and find exactly what we needed. I enquired online about the availability of chairs we wished to order for our lounge room. but as there were only two left in the warehouse I was offered and happily accepted a further discount. Our wait was only weeks not months. We received a txt the day before delivery given a two hour time frame and once the chairs were picked up from the warehouse we received a tracking code so we knew exactly what time the van would arrive. The delivery men could not have been more friendly or considerate. Our chairs were carefully placed in our lounge exactly where they'd sit. All we had to do was unwrap them, put the plastic and cardboard in our recycling bin and screw the four legs in which we chose to do to save added cost as we have all the necessary tools. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Hamilton Armchair Lombard in charcoal. The are comfy and supportive and the colour is perfect for our lounge.

We purchase a new bed frame from the Wagga store. The staff were very friendly and helpful without any pressure selling. Although we had to wait for Stock to arrive, they contacted us once it was in store to allow us to collect. Show details

I bought a queen bed from the Nuawading store just before the boxing day sale and been told the price is the same as the boxing day price. However, few days later they dropped further $100 off. I went back request for a price adjuestment but still hear nothing back from their headquarter. Very unsatisfied with their customer support. Show details

Buying furniture from Focus On was a very disappointing experience. Delivery was scheduled for 8:30am on a Saturday. I briefly stepped out for breakfast, rushed back as soon as I received the message, but the driver said he had already left five minutes earlier. issue was customer service. When I went to the store to reschedule, I was told the next delivery would be a week later, which didn’t work for me. I explained that I might need to cancel and order from IKEA instead, as they offer faster delivery. The sales assistant responded sarcastically, saying, “Who wants to buy IKEA furniture these days?” Her tone was rude and unprofessional. Afterwards, I noticed many similar complaints in their reviews about delivery and customer service. I recommend checking them carefully before ordering. FYI: I’m not making accusations to label this as racism but as an Asian customer, the comment made me feel uneasy.

Very disappointing brought allot of funiture had to get 2 deliveries as not all products were in stock so thats taken 6 weeks then both orders delivered damaged stock. ive had to chase them continuously to get these products replaced its been going on for over 3 months. longevity. It's cost me allot of money. I was promised this would be sorted out before Christmas the replacement stock was meant to arrive and be checked before 12th December today is 24th December. I've had to change my Christmas plans as its the dinning table and chair that's damaged extremely disappointing if I had a choice would rather return everything get a full refund and purchase elsewhere imso disappointed. And upset being a single mum and using all savings for this funiture and its been so disappointing

We recently bought a couch at Focus On Helensvale and were assisted by Kathy. She was very polite, extremely helpful, and made the whole process easy.
