The most disappointing part is that Snooze offers no test period, no comfort guarantee, and no reasonable return options. For a product that can only truly be judged after sleeping on it, this approach shows very little regard for customer wellbeing or satisfaction. Once they have your money, you’re stuck.
If you’re considering buying a mattress, do yourself a favour and choose a reputable brand that stands behind its products with a real trial period. Plenty of companies offer this as standard. Snooze does not, and customers deserve to know that before they commit.
After this experience, we will never purchase from Snooze again.

order back to the local store which the local store ( who is out of stock as we know) then have to order from THE EASTERN STATES STORE where the online store is located but they couldn't do that until after 8/1/23 as the warehouse clised until then. All the local store rep could tell me is that they ( local store) have ordered it but she can't tell whether the ES have received the order or when I am likely to get it. I could have just done the order through the local store in the first place. You assume that when you are ordering from the Snooze ES online system that it is in stock unless they put note " item unavailable" and they will then dispatch from that warehouse as I paid delivery.
