These are not flavours I enjoy and wouldn’t had ordered.
I had initially emailed Snack affair on the day I received my order with photos and invoice. But almost a month later no response. I can understand that mistakes can be made but the lack of response is where the biggest disappointment comes from
I’m very hesitate to reorder or recommend when the items you order are not the ones you receive. Especially when no response is received when emailed about incorrect items.
I am willing to adjust or delete this review if they response to the email I had sent about my order

I absolutely love Snack Affair .why ? Because after visiting Japan and then being able to buy Japanese food and candy from this business is excellent..great customer service..great selection of products ..too thank you ...my second order and I'll definitely buy more .

I feel very disappointed that the best before date of the product is only two weeks, or it has expired, and there is no indication on the website, especially for discounted products.

you - You can get cute anime pieces and hard to find pieces from overseas that just are not available in Australian stores outside of specific capital city asian grocers. eg self heating meals. - Reviews on the website are actually legitimate and from real people which helps when deciding which items to buy especially for things like spice level and buying for those who don't like certain flavours or are looking for a similar product to something else if it is out of stock. - The blurbs for each food item are easy to understand to someone who doesn't speak anything but English. - Flat fee delivery australia wide- posted from Australia so its usually pretty fast to arrive. - They import stuff directly from all the regions of Japan so the range isn't just basic things, its also location specific items and specialities. - Postage is always fast and packed well - They supply foods and drinks from Japan, Thailand, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan. Their range is seriously huge. - Bulk packs and promo's are always happening. - Website is easy to use and user friendly. - Staff are super friendly when ordering etc if you have any issues.
CONS - None that I can immeidately think of.
THINGS THAT COULD BE BETTER: - I'd love if they did frozen things but I do understand its nigh on impossible to keep stuff frozen while delivering to people using Australia post. -Perhaps their blurbs could be a bit more thorough on some of th items. Eg we bought a DIY mini takoyaki set thinking it was candy but it definitely was not lol. Not a huge deal, it was still very fun and yummy, but the blurb said nothing about it not being candy and I assumed it was since it was listed with all the other candy sets by the same brand.
