I’ve been using Harris Farm online shopping and overall I’m very happy. The produce is fresh and good quality, and the website is easy to use. I like that they offer both organic foods and Imperfects. Deliveries have been very reliable and well packed. I’ll definitely keep ordering.
Wanted to pass on a HUGE thank you and appreciation to Blake who was working today, Thursday the 1/4/26. He was attending to my click and collect order and when I needed the last items to be done really quickly he was amazing! I was running late to be able to drive the hour to pick up my children from the school bus, and everything else I was… Read more

We used the service for the first time and found it very convenient. We were able to select the time and location for delivery, and the parcel was dropped off directly at our unit door within our unit complex, It's especially helpful for busy families. The website was easy to use, and we would definitely recommend it. We were a bit worried since… Read more
they use Uber for delivery, but the product arrived in a sealed box, with everything securely packed. Unlike Woolworths, where items are in individual bags, this is much neater and more helpful. As a family, we would definitely recommend this service.
Your new map directions; are terrific!!! CONGRATLATIONS. Best idea ever. Allen Barnett
I used to shop at Coles and Woolies out of habit and because it was relatively cheap. Harris Farm is now pretty much the same price, but the produce is way, way better. The delivery driver was nice too.
Harris Farm delivers fresh and in a timely manner – Easy to order, there were a few items that I normally buy in store that I couldn't buy online... that happens so I was not bothered by it. Delivery was timely and lots of communication before delivery. Fruit and vegetables were so crisp, fresh, nicely packed with care. Show details
Wow! Thanks so much for an easy Christmas shop – Christmas made super easy by Harris Farm Newcastle. What a great experience! ALL of the employees should be commended for their efforts. Best Christmas shopping I've ever done
Bought crumbed pork schnitzels today, after frying them they were gristly & tough, I even had trouble putting my fork into the pork.
Horrible produce, when you order online, they give you the things that are going bad or just before their use by date, 2 hrs late delivery and items that were substituted weren’t great.
Awful experience – My order includes a lot of seafood and meats products and they do not put any things which keeps cold for my fresh product and then, when my order arrives my delivery person was not knocking my door or yelling or ringing my doorbell and left fresh food under 30 degrees outside until I found it. I would never use this service again and my Fish in… Read more

Vermin are crawling through the fresh vegetables. I have been a daily customer for years. The new self-checkouts are great, but blinding lights have made seeing the rats crawling through the Bok Choy easy. I reported it to the manager, but he did not seem surprised. I won't be going back

I just made an online order from Harris Farm and everything was above my expectations. The delivery window was next morning(I ordered at night) and the delivery experience was great. Most importantly the produce arrived in boxes in very good condition and everything was looking really fresh and good quality. Show details
Follow-up · The first order was great, really fresh vegetables, the second one was ok, not as good as the first one. The third order was a disaster. Nor one vegetable I ordered was fresh, I threw out almost all of them. I didn’t order again, such a disappointment.
Continue to sell stale food as fresh, today stale rolls, last week quinces all rotten when cut. This is a frequent experience at the Bowral store, they clearly couldn’t care less.
Follow-up · These people are simply dishonest. Purchased bread today, didn’t feel fresh in the packet, asked the checkout person and she pointed to tomorrow’s date on the packet, which implied it was baked today. Got home , opened the bread , it was at least a day old and stale. They lie as a matter of policy and the dates on their produce are simply made up.
Follow-up · Update on previous. Took stale bread back , they exchanged it for a loaf equally stale , and again with tomorrow’s date. These people are shameless shysters

I have been an online shopper for past few months ... love the fresh delicious fruit and vegetables that are chosen for me ... plus all the other treats available... big fan
First time using the Online option at Harris Farm and it was an amazing experience ,From the ease of selecting goods ,communication & right through to collection ,The staff were polite and extremely helpful on pick up as well - Service with a smile at the Cooks Hill establishment- Thank you Harris Farms ,What incredible produce and professional service you provide - I will be a returning customer online and in- store - 10 out of 10
I absolutely love Harris Farm Markets. The store itself is such a beautiful place to shop, but the produce is what really stands out. Everything is so fresh and smells amazing especially the fruit, vegetables and herbs. You can actually smell them, and they smell good, which says so much about the quality. The flavour is on another level compared to the big supermarkets. I also like that I can get things delivered! Show details

Terrible Service – I use the Bathurst IGA/ Harris farms regularly including early in the morning when there are few customers to more busy periods in the afternoon and evening. The service is consistently terrible. Constantly lined up waiting for staff, checkouts unattended or too few people at the express service aisle. The best evidence of the service failure is… Read more
that it does not matter what time of the day or the number of customers. Produce is fine if you don't mind waiting. Four years on no change in my experience
The products are good. The veggies and fruits is fresh. Good diversity of products to cover your needs. The workers always are really friendly and helpful. The butcher section is amazing and well knowledge. It’s is a shame that the only thing we might need to adjust is the packing of the online order. Multiple times I had to call cause they… Read more
replace the product for something that is not even close to what I ordered. Or they said that they don’t have it so I proceeded to canceled my delivery and go to the store by myself to pick up my package. And, also choose an alternative for that product.however, I found to my surprise the product that supposed to be out of stock. So, moreover, they send less amount of veggies. If order 200 gr of rocket and I got 120 for the same price. Or if I ordered 1k potato I got 600 gr. Unfortunately to me it’s not making sense these basic mistake or poor communication with the customer. Because at the store everyone is so lovely and helpful but the online order needs to improved. I’m still laughing when I ordered kennel popcorn to make at home and they sent me as a replacement a small package of salty popcorn like.. yeah this might work? Good try but not. If we want to make popcorn it’s for a reason. You are not going to replace smoke salmon for a raw salmon. Just one time one lady from the staff messaged me about if the product about to replace it was okay. And I found absolutely marvellous and smart. Anyway, thank to the team of isle capri and I hope the manager in charge of the ecommerce operations comes with a better plan to fix this issues. This is system and protocol problem than a staff one. Thank you
Food, staff and product gets 5 stars. I now only buy stuff from the big 2 that I can't get here, and I shop fresh, as needed, 2-3 times per week. Access gets 1 star, or none if available. The carpark is always choking full, often with a queue on the street. That's fine. BUT there is ZERO lockable parking for cyclists. I'm sure you and fellow… Read more
tenants lose trade because people can't get their cars into the carpark. I'm equally sure that cycle parking would encourage people to cycle in, AND increase access/trade, AND promote the eco-friendly mantra that you actually fail to promote on this count. 2 car bays would fit racks for about 16 bicycles. So - today I locked up on the pole between your shop and the coffee bar, after moving your stack of baskets into a car space cos that was the only available place to put them.

Harris Farm Lane Cove is my local and I genuinely love it, but I have to single out a team member named Zeron for going so far above and beyond. I was in a mad rush to get to my daughter's school musical and had picked up a gorgeous bunch of roses with coloured baby's breath. The flowers had been sitting in water and the bottom half had no… Read more
wrapping — which was a real issue, because we were giving them to one of the show's lead performers who wouldn't be finished on stage until 9pm. It was only 5:45pm, so those flowers needed to stay fresh and hydrated for over three hours before they'd even be received. The in-store florist had already packed up for the day.
Zeron didn't hesitate. He grabbed a freezer bag from the fruit section, filled it with water, wrapped the stems in tissue paper, used a rubber band to hold everything together, then wrapped the whole bunch in beautiful florist paper with a lovely tie to finish. It looked absolutely professional.
He was fast, warm, creative and calm under pressure. We made it to the show on time and the flowers were still gorgeous when presented after the performance. Zeron is a credit to the Lane Cove team. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Extremely disappointed with Harris Farm. They’ve now introduced a $75 minimum spend for click & collect, and still have the audacity to charge a $5 service fee just to pick up your own groceries. This used to be a convenient and fair service, but now it feels like a cash grab. Terrible move that punishes loyal customers. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
I’ve had three online orders now from Harris Farms. The first two were great, but like others have experienced, the quality dropped significantly by my third order. My last order was missing items, had expired items and packed so that much of my order was crushed produce and not useable. I’ve received a partial refund but not at all reflective… Read more
of what I lost! If I could give zero stars, I would. This is really unfortunate as I was trying to support these markets in their quest to compete with the retail giants. My family won’t be ordering again
Poor form Harris Farm. Went to buy a watermelon this morning. They were $1.99 per kg. Even the young guy loading them onto the display said so. Cut watermelon, inside the store was $2.49 per kg. By the time I got to the checkout, they'd upped the price of the whole watermelon to $2.49 per kg! I didn't notice until I checked my receipt on the way… Read more
home because whilst it was a heavy watermelon, I thought it seemed more expensive. The store was chaotic due to Christmas so didn't think to check my receipt prior to leaving the store. But hey, that should not be on me. I bought the same watermelon two days ago for $1.99 per kg. I'm also a local who will be a repeat customer. Next time, if you're being opportunistic due to holiday periods, please up your signage prior to opening your store. Disappointed as I've been shopping at Harris Farm for 25 years.
I organised pickup instead we deof delivery. The plums were far too over-ripe, bruised and a waste of money. This has never happened before as fresh produce is always excellent. Very disappointed.
Over the weekend, I placed an order for two Advent Calendars through the Harris Farm online store, totalling $80. The website showed them as in stock and available for click and collect, which suited me perfectly. A $5 service fee was added, which I accepted at the time. On the day I was scheduled to collect the order, I received a text message… Read more
stating that the items were actually not in stock, and I was offered a completely different—and clearly inferior—replacement product. I was at work and unable to check my phone for about an hour, and before I even had the opportunity to respond, I received another message saying, “Hi, since I got no reply I’m just gonna refund the order, I hope that’s OK.” I followed up to ask when I would receive the refund, as I was understandably frustrated that items advertised as "in stock" were not actually available. I was asked for my order number, which I provided, and was then told the refund had been processed. Three days later, no refund had been received. My partner, who had ordered the same two Advent Calendars online, received the same “no stock” message. His refund was processed immediately—however, Harris Farm still retained his $5 service fee, despite providing no service. He called Harris Farm three times on my behalf to try to get clarity on my missing refund, but no one was able to provide any helpful information. I eventually received the refund, but Harris Farm also kept my $5 service fee. This has been a really disappointing experience. I have always shopped at Harris Farm, but after this, I won’t be doing so again.
I have shopped only 4 times at the new Harris Farm market in Westfield Miranda and 4 times I have experienced "incorrect" register scanning of prices - they are apparently not confined to "other" supermarket trading rules as Coles & W/worths? Afta leaving the register I am forced to seek out the incorrect price and take a photo to appease the… Read more
checkout, then they adjust the incorrect price (which is often double) and just change it....no apology nor compensation for inconvenience/error! It seems there are quite a few people who have experienced this arrogant "lack of correct pricing" so I will NOT shop there again! Check yr receipt next time?
The Christmas tree that I ordered did not arrive at the date designated on the invoice. This was disappointing as I had to re-arrange my schedule in order to be home for the delivery. I ordered the tree from Harris Farm because I had a good experience doing so last year. I may be reluctant to do so next year. Show details
Got our delivery this morning inc organic mushrooms x 3 that were full of mould, organic milk that expires tomorrow and last weeks delivery we missed 3 lots of chicken tenders from the Butchery department. Some substitution when we ask and ticket the box for non, so not happy at all.
