Can't say the same about base delivery as there is no option to have the old base disassembled and removed or the new one assembled. This resulted in me having to assemble the new bed myself, taking about 90 minutes and resulting in a sore back. Old frame will end up in a council pick-up.

The bed base/frame delivery side can definitely be better.

purchased the Newport mattress which is also top of the range like the Hamilton. It has been great for me, as someone with spine issues, as a side sleep, so softness of the mattress has helped to straighten my spine as I’m sleeping, so I wake up with less pain. My mother and I also both purchased the corn fibre pillows which we absolutely adore! The 17yr old got the Mosman Gas lift bed which has been great for additional storage and hiding the mess expected of a teenager. Mum loves how clean his room looks now. The only thing I would recommend, is paying the additional fee for the assembly of Gas Lifts, they truly are a pain to build and took 3 adults around 2.5 hours to complete. The 13yr old got the revivify soft mattress which he hadn’t tested in store, however, after the first night of sleeping, he would not stop chatting our ears of about how comfy it was compared to his old mattress, it wasn’t too expensive, and will be a great support for him as he continues to grow. We did purchase home delivery as well which was great! The drivers took the mattresses into the respective rooms, a great convenience for us! The Newport and Hamilton mattresses also have handles on each side which make the processes of rotating the mattress a breeze. I heavily recommend anyone purchasing a mattress to buy the ‘Signature Tencel Mattress Protector’, it has a 10 year warranty where if anything gets through, they will professionally clean your mattress, and if damage is done, there’s a chance the company of the protector will replace your mattress for you free of charge! It think it a worthy investment. Can’t wait for more future purchases at OMF!

thousands on a top of the range computer analysed mattress 2 years ago from a competitor I have not had a restful sleep in all this time. I believe Niki knew her product and was able to suggest best option for my needs. That's the sales pitch done now, today I got my mattress to say I wasn't looking forward to opening this Bed in a box is an understatement ( iv seen tube video of ppl being injured undoing these things). OMG!!!!! so easy basic easy to follow instructions and a great little tool enclosed to help unpack it.I had it on my bed within 15 minutes, I've got to wait 48hrs untill fully ready so I can't post comfort rating yet but from trial I am actually excited and am looking forward to a restful nights sleep

Paid for a bed, still chasing – Absolute mess. Initially went to the Alexandria store a couple weeks back to look at beds, found one I like - lady in the store was lovely, checked stock said they had two left. They told me the display bed was available, I asked if the display bed could be offered at a discount got told I would get a call back.

Come Wednesday, no call, I call again and get told I'll get a further call back.

Thursday nothing, I send an email, no reply.

Friday, I call again, get told someone will call me back, nothing. I send another email specifically asking for someone to email be back in writing.

I call again today (Monday, 10 days after my order) guy picks up 'oh someone should've called you on the weekend' well, they didn't. 'We can. give you two free pillows' with the display bed. Um, no. I ask if I can't get a discount then to fully refund me. The guy asks me to call back later. I tell him Im not calling again, I've been calling and getting messed around plenty. It's wither a discount or a refund, happy with either but Im not paying the same price of a new bed for a display bed, that's ridiculous.

Honestly, dealing with these guys has been a complete nightmare, really not worth the time and effort. Im guessing I'll be waiting another 10 days for a refund and likely will having to keep making calls.

Update: after being told they would call me back again today, and reply to my emails. They didn’t. Still no answer, still don’t know what’s happening.

Called me today, 12 days later, expecting to pay the full price for stock floor display furniture. I’ve now missed out on another frame through another company.

Please don’t waste your time with these guys, it’s not worth the headache with poor service and unprofessional staff.

Comfy mattress that was delivered in a reasonable timeframe - very helpful that they took away the old bed as well! The only issue is that the frame was sent separately (drop shipped) which meant it didn’t arrive at the same time as the mattress so was a little inconvenient. Although the delivery guys were great, I did an online order, paid $99 for delivery and I am now told I have to collect the manchester items from the store. I would have picked up the whole order and saved myself $99 had I known this at time of order. I was only told this after sending 2 emails with no response and then calling the store.

Great matresses just still smell three weeks on! – I recently purchased three urban matresses from the Campbelltown store. The service was great, price fantastic and it didn't take long to receive our delivery. back support the only problem being we just can't get rid of the chemical off gassing smell they keep omitting. My friend has aired her queen matresses for seven days without lying on it with fans and air filter going and I have been doing the same on and off during the day. It's been over three weeks now and I'm constantly having to wash my sheets and matress protectors and air out during the day, same as my friend. I'm just hoping it will get better as they are great matresses to lie on but just can't stand this off gassing or whatever smell it is coming that just keeps coming from them.

Told one week delivery, still waiting at 9 weeks – We ordered a bed frame in the first week of may 2024. We were told it would come in one week, we are still waiting.
