Absolutely pathetic! – This company is a joke! They along with many other finance companies just make sure they ruin your credit file through their ridiculous application stages. I say “stages” because you go through several “approvals” to be told no sorry we can’t help! and thanks for applying! Also thanks for ruining my credit score at Equifax by dropping it 80 points! Obviously the credit reporting agencies are seeing this company as a “high risk” lender. They lie and lie throughout their application, please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. The credit rules in this country are ruining Australians lives and the government is allowing companies like this to get away with it! If I don’t get satisfaction from them to remove their pathetic “unjustified” enquiry, I will contact AFCA. **Attached are just one of the 5 or 6 “approved” emails you receive from them**

We received a great rate, only because we added security. Unfortunately the processes was very long, it took a number of phone calls and emails to actually get stuff moving, when other companies could get it done in 1 afternoon. not answering the phones). No extra costs within this, but it has another cost rise for the security, so a little frustrating. Hard to hear on the phone, my other calls have been fine so I think it might the their end. Also hard to understand, English is okay but heavy accent and the quiet phone makes it very hard to understand. Once we got over that, a lot of back and forward - and just slow - only moves very quick when I had another offer from another company come in. The whole process took an entire week application sent on Monday morning 13/01 and it was processed finalised in Friday afternoon 16/01 and the money hasn't been transferred yet. would be waiting till the next day. And that's usually from mid-day phone calls. I was told that there was a line for the printer and we ended the call with me being told they would call back in 30 minutes. Didn't get a call till 2 days later. No extra costs have been encountered yet. I opted for 48 or 60 month loan and was given an 84 month contract, which is ok but I wasn't given a reason.

the entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. I really appreciate how smoothly everything progressed. There were NO unexpected costs during the process. I'm very satisfied with the rate offered and truly felt that my application was considered fairly.
Receiving the funds by the end of the week (same week I applied) made a big difference, as it allowed me to consolidate my existing debt and purchase a vehicle- removing a lot of stress overnight!

Customer Service was very good. Email communication could be done with a little more clarity and speed, but overall, an excellent experience once we got the ball rolling. Comparison rate was on par with a few other quoted rates, though no brokerage fees, ongoing account or early exit fees were definitely a driving factor in choosing to go with NOW Finance. BE VERY AWARE‼️ If you can borrow through a bank it’s much safer than this place. Here is an example of what Now Finance do. In a 4 year loan term, your weekly repayment that is in your contract is $150 including interest. Thats $600 a month in repayments that you think is being payed off your loan, right…... WRONG ❎. They will deduct more than… Read more
50% of that $600 for monthly interest. So after 2 years when you think you have payed $14,400 off your loan. NOW FINANCE will say you have only payed $7200 or less. Which means, If you are wanting to payout & close the loan after that first 2 years, you will literally have to pay the $7200 AGAIN. Theres no simpler way to explain it. Thats where these places get ya. When I applied for the loan I was not told about how they do this. I had no idea about there monthly 50% deduction that was taken off my monthly repayment. NOW FINANCE tried telling me it’s the Principal. What a load of [Content Removed]. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH ANY OF THESE SMALL WANNA BE LENDERS. How they do this is disgusting. No care or remorse for the paying customers. It is the biggest rip off scheme ever, that you will not get told about. With a personal bank loan through CBA, ANZ, WESTPAC (etc) your agreed upon monthly repayment comes off your total loan amount, in full. Example: $30,000 borrowed. You have payed $14,400 off in 2 years. $15,600 is left owing. Simple and perfect, just the way it should be.

I had a wonderful assistant who was always there at just a phone call away if I had any problems with the process which only takes 1 day, not days or weeks. 1day and my application and approval was done.
