Totally unprofessional experience – I had to have access to an emergency dentist on Boxing Dat 2022. My dentist referred me to eDentist as they weren't going to be open again until mid Jan 2023. I received an invoice for Oral examination $65; X-ray $53 and Filling $225. I did not have an X-ray and the oral examination was restricted to a quick glance at the hole left when my filling… Read more

fell out. I returned to the dental clinic to address these issues. The dentist conceded that he did not do an X-ray and that it should be removed from the invoice. He then left the clinic before I could address the other issue of the oral examination. I decided to proceed with retrieving the cost of the X-ray. The receptionist had to make several phone calls and ask for the assistance of one of the other dentists to enable her to reverse the Medical Benefits Claim and reprocess it and then to organize to refund the excess I had paid The total time I had to wait to have the claim corrected was about 20 minutes. The entire process was totally unprofessional and time wasting. I urge prospective clients to rethink their decision to use this proctice.
