Easy Ordering, good price for product purchased. Literally got 4 boxes for the price of 2 from a competitor and having 2 cats that still don't get on after 21 months. Using the Zylkene Calming Nutritional Supplement for both is a much cheaper option with Budget Pet Products

Great prices, exceptional quality. I have been buying dog food, dental chews and joint and cartilage supplements, to name just a few, for years from Budget Pet Products. They stock recommended products by vets. Their delivery is quick with free postage over $49 orders. I'm always comparing their prices with those at the vets and other pet stores and 99.9% of the time, Budget Pet Products are cheaper. I can't fault their service or products. Show reply

BPP are reliable and consistent with pricing, range, and availability. They pack and ship my order quickly every time, it usually arrives in a couple of days. I usually get free shipping, as usually spend over a certain amount. The dog toys i purchased are made of excellent quality. I bought toys for my frenchies and my maltese and they love them. Zylkene for cranky cats – For an unknown reason my two cats start being aggressive towards each other, especially around meal time. They have been together for 3 years ( one a male Rescue and a bit of a bully). Three days of Zylkene for both of them and they are calm and tolerant of each other again. Show 2 replies
Follow-up · Moved into an apartment ( minus one cat). Blackie very stressed, always ravenous and demanding food and attention, being mean to dog. After one week on Zylkene,he settled down to normal food portions - and friends with dog.
I’m very happy with the autodelivery. I can tweak the delivery days as needed. I love knowing that they have more food on the way. I had to get special diabetic food, and had to go elsewhere, but they now stock it, so I have gone back. Show reply

I bought revolution flea drops several days ago because the listing said one dose free. When it arrived it was only the 3 pack, no free dose. The free dose is now on revolution plus. I am very careful about what I buy and what I click on. This is not my mistake, this is bait and switch. Needless to say I am very disappointed
Pathetic! The company used to have same or next day delivery and now it takes them at least a week and a half. I called up to ask what was happening with my order and they just didn’t care. A typical generation a kid put himself on autopilot and said sorry there’s nothing we can do.

Delivery took one week to arrive, and I had to follow up. I had to buy dog food from the store because it took so long. Their competitor delivers next day for virtually the same price, so I will return to them. Disappointing. The customer service was responsive though when I emailed them to cxl my auto delivery.

Was NOT happy about not being informed about a delay in shipping due to moving warehouses. I lost time and choice because they withheld important information. NOT OK. I did receive an apology as a result of this review. Cold comfort, honestly. My cat wound up with another UTI the day before this supplement (which specifically supports urinary tract health) arrived.
