First one never worked out of the box. Second one worked for maybe 3-4 weeks. Since then we have been in a 8 month battle trying to get a refund. They refuse and want to replace it with a 3rd one. Robot your life do not buy from them – DO NOT BUY. Product does not do what it says. Leaves floor more messy than before using vacuum. Will pick up particles and drop them in other rooms. Does not recharge properly and parts broke off – Map of rooms keeps on being deleted. Have to always reproduce Maps. Also never recharges. Always moving away from the dock. Anoying. wish to return it for a refund as it does not perform as advertised. Unfortunately they just keep ignoring me. Don't waste your money with these people.
UPDATE I also contacted them via Facebook, they replied saying they have emailed me and are waiting for my response. They lie and have not emailed me. Instead they have blocked me on Facebook. STAY AWAY from this business!
The unit is faulty and does not perform as advertised. They refuse to accept a return but imply they wish to exchange for another unit. I cannot risk having to go through all of this again with another faulty unit. Check Facebook and other blogs there are many unhappy customers. They remove all negative comments from their own Facebook page and website.

In my 3 bedroom house it only uses 10% to 20% of the battery. The app, despite not being a great app by today's standards, does exactly what it needs to and does it just fine, including the ability to set no-mop and no-vacuum zones, adjust the suction power and water volume, provides notifications if the vacuum is stuck somewhere, ability to schedule, and able to start and stop the vacuum through the app. Maintaining the vacuum is easy enough, don't have to worry about overcharging/undercharging the battery, and the brushes come off easily to clear them of any hair. A few things took guesswork as I didn't find the user manual to be entirely easy to follow.
3 tips for anyone with this vacuum: 1. For the first time using it throughout the whole house, particularly with lots of dog hair (which it handles fine), the dust bin on the vacuum itself was entirely full, which the charging base was unable to empty into its dust bag. It turns out the base was unable to empty the vacuum's dust bin when it was entirely packed, and had to do it myself, which was easy enough (although took guesswork to figure out initially). However on every subsequent run, the base was able to empty the vacuum's dust bin perfectly fine, as it hasn't been packed full since then (understandably). This is not mentioned in the user manual's troubleshooting. 2. Once you have the app (and connected it to a 2.4ghz wifi network, as 5ghz isn't supported), you can turn the volume of the base way down, which is amazing, because it is extremely loud by default - you may get startled upon initially plugging in the base for the first time. 3. Once it's mapped out the house after the first run, you can set no-map and no-vacuum zones, otherwise it will just try to mop and vacuum everywhere, which you don't want on any carpet or cable areas. 4. The mopping cloth just peels off and re-attaches with velcro. Very convenient but wasn't obvious initially, which left me wondering how to take off the cloth.
At the moment I'm very pleased with this robotic vacuum-mop in both its convenience and price.

My T10 Series Robot Vacuum experience – Found the service from staff exceptional and helpful as to the product as we have a vinyl planking it does a great job in on session vacuuming 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining room also the hallway and lounge. Once a month we send it into the tile floors in the laundry and both bathrooms to vacuum and clean and it also does a good job. I would not hesitate to recommend the Ultenic T10 series robot vacuum to any of you customers. Show details

Poor support service and T10 loses memory – Although the general cleaning performance is OK the T10 kept losing it's mapping and cleaning schedule memory and had to be reprogrammed at least weekly (very frustrating). I emailed the support and was told to upgrade firmware but no improvement. I replaced the battery thinking this may be an issue but still no improvement. I have requested further assistance/advice from Ultenic but no satisfactory response. Show details
Worst Robotic cleaner – I would give less than 1 star for this product. This is the worst robotic cleaner I've ever used. It could not clean our carpets and kept stopping every 2- 3 minutes. mopping component is also a failure and seeps water, leaving dirty streaks on our tiled floor. It would also not self empty and we had to do this manually.
It came up with so many errors and all this happened within the first week of purchase we contacted the customer service to return this and get a refund but our request was denied.
Leaving us with a useless piece of contraption that does not work properly.
Very disappointed with the product.

Started fine, became less reliable over time, now requires a wheel replacement. Bad customer service from RobotMyLife – Owned it for only under 2 years, purchased from RobotMyLife in October 2021, and it has not been too reliable or robust, but I've always been able to fix the issue myself through a factory reset or a restart, so I put up with it. should offer a remedy or replacement as specified in the ACCC consumer laws when the vacuum has not passed its expected reasonable lifespan. I have been in touch with their customer service rep through email and Facebook, but they have only responded with uncertainties, have not provided a timeframe for the resolution, provided no other contact details for a supervisor or manager when requested, claimed that the wheel replacement must be covered out of pocket due to the 1 year warranty having expired, and have never provided the actual price for the replacement wheel - so how am I meant to commit to buying it? I have even specified my concerns with their possible breach of ACCC consumer laws but this query has been avoided as well. Responses are also slow and there seems to be no accountability in general.
