Leaks Water out the front, company refuses to honor warranty – The worst washing machine I've ever had. 1 year into owning it it started leaking water out the front, got it replaced under warranty. Now 3 years later this new one is also leaking water. I contacted the company as it should be under warranty (they specified 5 years extended warranty on appliances online, which I did all registrations for) but they refuse to honor it. Go for a more reputable brand.

After owning this machine for 6 years, it caused nothing but dramas and eventually died – We've had to have the water pump replaced 3 times, and one time it even tried to walk it's way out of my laundry on a spin cycle. It doesn't clean the clothes very nicely either. A lot to like. Huge 10kg capacity is class leading. Build quality is great but not excellent – Owned for about 5yrs with minimal issues. Excellent 10kg capacity. Great Washing Machine - Teka TFLW10 – First time purchasing a front load washing machine. Decision of purchase was made from positive reviews I’d read online. This machine so far has lived up to my expectations. It definitely washes better than my previous top loaders and is more gentle on the clothes. I like the Sports Wash 45 minute cycle and I also like that you can use a program and still adjust the spin cycle accordingly. Show details

Wash- which speeds up the programs, adjustable spin speeds, adjustable water temperature, etc) and washing results have been faultless. We had a small leak around 1 year ago and their customer service team helped us troubleshoot that- there was a bobby pin and a plastic collar thing lodged in the base pump filter which was easy to access and clear out. Super happy with purchase!
