Needed a new battery and had a lot of difficulty in getting it so went directly to Olitech and got one very quickly!

the green message light is stuck, every4 0-50 the phone as if a message has been received ,but there is no message.this happens day and night. I have used your previously and was trying to upgrade. Bruce Conboy

Arrived when and as expected and being used in an aged care facility Only issue was with trying to setup the Olitech SIM which was impossible on an apple smart phone. Had to use a laptop to do it Show details

Very easy phone to set up and use. Battery appears to hold charge well. Seems more straightforward than the previous phone (a Big Button), with less and easy to follow steps.

Good phone for those with limited dexterity, great customer support – Great phone for a person with limited capacity in his hands, speaker phone operation nice and clear and can be set always on, simple up/down navigation button. Please extend ringing time – Cannot extend ringtime on the Telstra network as 2 x * creates a + symbol and so it is not accepted...help. Show details

A pleasurable experience – Have just got it, and have only used it a couple of times, mostly for messages. But I love it already. I am very hard of hearing, and I can hear this phone perfectly. I am a week off turning 80, and as an oldie I have no trouble reading and understanding the User Manual, which to my joy is in plain understandable english. Congratulations! Show details

Great phone but new charger not the best – Ordered an received new charger in quick time but found the handset does not sit in the charger correctly. It is very loose and does not make contact with the pins to charge the handset Show details

Not a good phone – Bought this phone and practically from day one the phone freezes while typing a message. When sending a message the phone will display as 'sending' even after the message has been sent. Not a good phone compared to the original olitech easy mate phone. They wouldn't give me a replacement due to some dust build up inside the phone. Not a quality product! Show details

Ideal for the elderly – This phone replaced the landline for my elderly and non technical parents. It has comfortably achieved its objective of ease of use and practicality. Adding extra plug in cradles to various rooms allowed the phone to be transported when moving about the home, whilst keeping the phone on charge at all times. Highly recommended. Show details

A very nice user(older)-friendly mobile phone – Communication and delivery were handled very professionally. I don’t use a mobile that often and then mainly just for talking/texting, but so far this phone seems great. Basic functions seem easy to use, as are the large keys. Basics Good... but – The phone is a good choice as a replacement for my 94 year old mother in laws previous 3G phone as most functions / buttons are similar and added functions mostly very good. However, the camera and multimedia component is unusable as it is too complicated and presented images too small to be effectively viewed. Unless following models are planned… Read more

to have a much bigger screen size I would delete this component. From a user perspective the handbook is very poorly laid out and very difficult to find specific data on components, as it is not indexed. No explanation of accessing capital letters for texting or phone book editing or changing AM to PM in time adjustment.

Good phone for the Oldies – I am 88 years old with Maculat Degeneration so my eyesight is poor and after trying several other Mobile Phones this Olitech EasyMate 2 is just what I need as where I am I cannot get a home phone, I find because of the white background with the black keys and white numbers it is much better for my eyesight,also it is so simple to use, easy to do texting, so far I am very happy with my new Phone.

Ideal phone for the older user – This is a replacement phone for my mother. She used the original EasyMate but it was damaged and we needed something that had big buttons for her eyesight and was easy to use. Had all functions that we needed at a reasonable price – We had bought another phone but discovered the "GPS" feature described on the packaging was not close to what we needed. The GPS location of this phone responds accurately and within a minute to my I Phone 11.
