Unsatisfactory wash quality, machine replaced by Miele – Wash quality of this specific Miele machine was not to our satisfaction. It uses insufficient water during agitation which means basic things like chia seeds and yogurt don’t come off kids clothes irrespective of full load, three quarter load or half load. We were told prior to purchase that we can adjust the water amount during the wash to… Read more

make it higher but after purchase we found out that only the rinse could be adjusted (we likely bought or were sold the wrong model.

Minimum spin was 600 which isn’t great for high quality clothes.

Twin dos is convenient but needs to be cleaned before holidays to avoid voiding the warranty.

Miele offered to replace the washer for a more suitable one (WWG360WCS) which has the adjustable water and lower spin of 400. Their customer service has been impeccable hence 4 stars but I don’t recommend this specific machine.

See my review of WWG360WCS also.

Automatic detergent is a time saver – This is my first Miele washer, and I will be keen to replicate the success of this purchase in the future. Efficient, quiet and economical, this washing machine certainly pays for itself quite quickly. Whites stay white and colours have remained bright and durable. The TwinDOS automatic detergent dispensing is a new feature for me. I was skeptical… Read more ·  1

at first, but find the product certainly does the trick, even with heavily stained kids clothes. and I love it. Although not used often, the mobile app is handy, notifying me with the machine has finished.

Washes well, but slow and no separate rinse only cycle – This is my second Miele front loader. The main difference with this one is that the Cottons wash takes 3 hours so doesn't allow me to turn over my washing well, so is a bit of a pain. Last machine I had did this in around 2 hours. I have a top loader as well (different brand) so less of an issue for me, but for larger families with only one… Read more

machine, this won't be helpful for you.

The TwinDOS automatic detergent dispensing is a great feature and I love it. This model also has the mobile app link which is handy, especially the machine finished notification as after 3 hours, I've likely forgotten about my laundry.

The washing comes out real nice and clean. The whites especially I've noticed are coming out clean when they didn't with my old machine. Could be the detergent though.

I really miss having a selectable rinse only cycle. Front loaders don't use a lot of water, so sometimes if the washing is a bit sudsy on opening the door, I would put it through another rinse. I no longer have this option.

Washes perfectly – Brilliant wash and no fluff on dark garments. The machine can handle a full load and returns clean clothes. The short cycle (either 20 or 30 minutes) is very effective and the wool cycle does an extremely gentle clean - more of a fill and shake than a tumble which reduces wear of washable woolens.. Dos cartridge system is easy to use or can use… Read more

ordinary detergent although the Dos is more effective on very dirty clothes such as family sports gear. We use it with the Miele 660WP dryer on a stacking kit and the whole assembly is extremely effective and quiet.
