The meals are great and my king charles cavalier loves them. We only get the chunky style ones as easier for him to eat, but by time he finishes eating, there is no need to clean the bowl. His atools have also improved greatly amd so has his overall health. Highly recommended. Show details

My little Joe has cancer and he had stopped eating the food I was giving him, desperately I reached out to lyka and went through the questionnaire process. My husband and I heard of Lyka after my mum recommended it and as soon as we started with this food - NO MORE WETTING THE BED!

Delivery was undertaken on a very hot day. Boxed dumped in the sun with no knock at the door, only dogs alerted me to delivery. Box was warm, food inside only half frozen the rest defrosted. Tried to explain to Lyka this is not acceptable for a… Read more
delivery. When I went out to pick up the box saw the driver leaving in a small van. Lkya tried to advise these vans are all refrigerated. Advised if the van was refrigerated, it would not be delivering unfrozen food in warm boxes. One of my three dogs now will not eat the food at all and the other two became sick after eating it yesterday. Have thrown the remaining in the bin. Lyka take no responsiblity claiming this cannot happen with unfrozen food been delivered. I read another review where a box of Lyka food was dumped over the fence and left in the hot sun on 3 occassions. Thought I would give this a go to save time. Ive now gone back to cooking my own fresh meals for the dogs. You get advised on all their processes and protocol however they deflect your genuine concerns. The concept is good however it needs to meet health standards even for pets where delivery is concerned. You also dont expect meat to be delievered as fine particles like sand. Dont waste your money.
Follow-up · The dogs had not tried the food prior to first delivery. Whilst the food had lumps of meat the packaging had lots of fine crumbs and scraps of meat and very dry like sand particles. Food was packaged in plastic packing.

eater, but she really enjoys the softness and clearly enjoys the taste - her bowl is always licked clean. My other girl, short-haired mini, Rebel, is a typical dachshund and will eat everything, but since changing to Lyka bowls, her hair is so much shinier.

(yesterday) I receive an email saying there is an issue with the courier and our order will not arrive on time and they will get back to me as soon as they know when it will be delivered. 2 hours later I receive a message saying your order is on the move and will be delivered tomorrow, which is today yet when I check the tracker there is no truck with my delivery within at least 200Km of my house. Once again because it’s week by week my dog has 1 meal left for tonight and tomorrow will be without food again. I changed him to Lyka because I was concerned he wasn’t getting the right foods but now I’m having to swap him from Lyka to dog roll back to Lyka to dog roll due to the inconsistencies in delivery. This for me is a major issue and an issue that would make me look at other brands that offer healthy clean meals for my Dog with consistent deliveries. This issue has now been resolved. Lyka reached out and listened to my concerns and fixed the issue.

.. this amazing food has taken away my worries concerning my fur child’s diet and has given me contented satisfaction that he now has good nutrition, his number 2’s are proof of how good it is. He loves his meal times, nothing is left. Not the case with his food before Lyka. When he sees his bowl he becomes excited xx and he tries to make a beeline for it:) I love that he loves his food :)

meal topper and I had seen many people recommending Lyka online. I decided to give it a try. The girls took to it immediately and have not looked back. I reduced the recommended portion size as I give them things like boiled egg, sardines, banana, apple greek yoghurt and berries, dental chews, Lyka mussel munchies and sardine snaps and roo tendons. Their weight is now satisfactory and their gut health has been consistently good ever since. They love every mouthful of every flavour and I feel I am doing the best I can for their health. They have loads of energy. The customer service is second to none and I recommend Lyka to everyone. They have the best interests of the dogs at heart and will do everything to make the customer experience an excellent one.

My dog vomited within the hour of eating and became severely ill, she died a horrific death a week later and suffered terribly. Food didn’t arrive cold, was first delivery so thought it was normal. is great news as she has always struggled with gut problems and loose stools. It is more expensive than anything else I have fed Millie, however you can definitely see the meals are of high quality with the ease of having it delivered each month and easy to use packaging. I wouldn't feed her anything else now.
