This washing machine is incredibly quiet when in use. The colour is beautiful & the cycles are easy to use. A feature that comes in handy is the laundry liquid/powder dispense drawer, there is an option to fill one of the compartments for multiple washes ie no need to fill the drawer for every load. large australian distributor/installer didnt mention that product should be placed flat on the ground (ie NO CABINETRY). BE WARY.

rust and corrosion. The warranty company (they have been great) repaired the leak but left me with the damage — which Fisher & Paykel dismiss as merely a cosmetic issue. Rust is not cosmetic. Once it starts, it spreads, and it’s only a matter of time before it affects the machine’s integrity.
For a supposedly premium brand, this is appalling. The customer service is unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in standing behind their products. Fisher & Paykel’s attitude toward their customers and the quality of their machines is unacceptable.
A washing machine should last far longer than three years without rust, and consumer protection laws absolutely need to extend beyond this. Fisher & Paykel’s lack of accountability and care for their customers is disgraceful.
I will never purchase another Fisher & Paykel appliance again and would strongly caution others to think twice before doing so.
Very disappointed. The washing machine failed just two months after the warranty expired due to a major bearing issue. I was shocked to find that the cost of repair was more than what I originally paid for the machine. For a product at this price point, I expected much better reliability. Would not recommend.

connect it to wifi its not the washing machine its the app for now I'm using it manually which is little disappointing I really would love to use but if you can handle to do it manually its not a problem its a great washer
Great machine at a budget price. Just Brilliant – Simple controls- very similar to their top loader. A 30 minute quick wash is superb. I've hammered it with fifthly work clothes and was amazed how clean they were. Normal wash is an hour. Has multiple selectable temperature settings and allows for a hot water connection. spotless. I used to pre soak my work clothes for a couple of days beforehand and then hand scrub before washing , now I just throw them in and the machine does it all. Super quiet to boot. We wish we had bought one a lot sooner. Paid $1199 at Harvey Norman in Feb 2024.

beat. It also has a great feature that it notifies your phone when the load is finished so thats great so you have options of setting that up . We have had very expensive machines over the years and this is the best machine so far.
