got there, I found all the top rated mattresses to try in one place (Yinahla, Sealy etc), unlike Harvey Norman who don’t stock Yinahla. Next, he wasn’t pushy and let us decide for ourselves what suited us. And lastly, the price was FAR better than any price I could get online, in fact, he beat the nearest price by over 30%. So trust me when I say- just get in the car and go.

pieces which was not caused by the transport team. The delivery guys were next level and were back within 30 minutes after I discovered the problem and replaced it on the spot! That is customer service at its very best. Oh, and had an awesome night's rest on my new Bed :)
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Jess and Tim in particular were exceptionally wonderful in trying to work out the exact product that we needed. Jess was kind and got to know us on a level that was beyond just customer and product. It showed that she truly cared about our purchase and what we needed.

I chose to buy a bed from Best in Beds today. Their website was easier to navigate and understand than others and had a trusted Sealy brand on sale. Sandra was very helpful and sourced the bed for me in stock and it was luckily delivered free of charge within an hour of purchase! It's not just a name. gave me too many pillows to try and advised to choose the right pillow. I have tried last night and was great. I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night to change another pillow. Going to this store because the price is cheaper than other stores. However always to a little research before purchasing anything in the shops or online. Highly recommended

to be well spoken and with a good knowledge of the products in this shop. She was able to recommend the appropriate mattresses for my requirements (that is a Queen for myself and a king single for a guest). She is very efficient in her dealings and very quick with the necessary paperwork. She has a lovely personality. I have already recommended this shop to a relative of mine who is looking for a bed.

the bed before being able to use it The draws were dirty with marks that won't come off & bubbling on the edges The bed had to be vacuumed to remove grass stuff & twigs off it after plastic was removed Definitely not the happy experience I expected with buying a new bed
Follow-up · The delivery change cost me 2 days of work. I had changed my shifts to suit delivery time but they didn't deliver the 1st time & came 5.5hrs early the next time If I wasnt home, i had to pay an extra delivery fee (which would have been cheaper than losing the days work anyway) I have received an email after this review saying they will look into it, no apology I haven't heard back since, its been months now

I purchased a Gaslift bed and it was delivered and assembled on the 9th June 2025. Unfortunately the lighting fixture and USB charger section was not working. The delivery/assemble person said there was a problem with the cables and he would notify Best in Beds to organise a new part. They would be back to connect the new part so the bed lights… Read more
and USB were working. I can understand that small technical problems can occur etc.. I was not happy that it took 1 month to get the new part sent from Sydney to Wollongong. No one from Best in Beds called me to keep me updated. I rang myself many times to ask if the part was sent? Had the part come in? Why was taking so long ? I could not store anything in the gaslift bed as when the part was delivered I'd have to take out everything I'd stored so the bed could be moved for the new part to be connected. I was disappointed that it took so long to be delivered from Sydney to Wollongong. I was also disappointed that Best in Beds did not keep me informed about the process and wait time. I wasn't even informed that the new part was ordered. I called myself 10 days after the bed was delivered to get information. Unfortunately my experience with Best in Beds started positively but ended negatively.

The product assembly leaflet is completely unhelpful. It lacks clear steps, diagrams, or any useful guidance, making the assembly process frustrating and time-consuming. It defeats the entire purpose of having an instruction manual. Very disappointed. Show details
