Frustrated and disappointed – Does not remove everyday dirt and marks. Leaves soap residue ... need to do extra rinse every time ... sometimes twice! Ruins the clothes ... leaves them feeling rough and worn. Can only assume not enough water during cycle. No contact from Beko after complaints. Show details

Steer clear of Beko – Dead again. After 3 motors and 2 circuit board replacements in 3 years it's off to the dump. Not even worth fixing as it will just die again. Shame as it actually cleaned well. So my lesson learned was - don't buy another Beko product again / and buy the extended warranty because nothing is built like it use to be.  Show details

Don't Buy This Machine – Just over 6 old months old the machine danced all over the laundry floor on the spin with a terrible noise and flooded the laundry. The LED screen had been also going the wrong way. We had our money refunded after complaining in writing. Salesman we found gave us misleading information.Cheap and nasty.

I HATE THIS WASHING MACHINE – I really hate this machine.... would you believe this machine has 16 programs and you can't soak your whites before washing... stupid me thought every machine would have a soak cycle.... Secondly doesn't clean my washing as good as my old LG, wish I'd stuck with LG.... Finally I find most of the 16 progrommes built into this machine I will never use, most of the programmed cycles are over one and a half hours washing time...
