identify all my questions and then called back less than 10 minutes later with answers to all my questions, prices (deals), and my options. My queries were followed up in a timely manner and they looked at all the options available - purchasing something already in stock in one of their stores or something that needed to be ordered in. I was given realistic timing on delivery - which they beat. Pricing was good and I was kept in the loop the whole time, receipts emailed to me, update on delivery etc. I was very impressed.
