Discrepancy between online price and in store price – Their prices are generally lower than other baby stores, but it is nowhere stated on their website that the prices listed online are for online purchases only! if they had stated that clearly on their website, because I would just order online rather than trek all the way to their shop if it ended up being the same price!!! On the first occasion, I thought it was because we saw the price at www.babyschoice.com.au, which is listed as Babycare Nursery's online store. But on the second occasion, we saw the price on their shop's website babycarenursery.com.au, thus thinking this was an advertised price in store as well, but they still would not honour the price listed there and charged an extra $10. Didn't want to argue, and since we went all the way there we bought the item anyway, but I just don't see how this way of doing business is being "honest". As much as I appreciate the lower price, I seriously think they need a disclaimer on their website(s) clearing stating that these are online prices and in-store prices are not the same!!!

I rang Babycare Nursery direct and then ordered online and I found them to be very professional, efficient and utterly customer focused. I ordered it on on Wednesday and it was delivered to my doorstep on Friday morning in Brisbane. I missed the courier in the morning - but its a great system, you simply ring them and they will re-deliver later in the day for free. What service! I am very very happy with my purchase and saved $100 compared to other stores, thank you so much and I will purchasing items from you in the future.

the ones to suit our requirements regardless of price. They did the same thing with the baby car seat. They were very patient and helpful.

The total price was much muchhhh cheaper than any other store, however Sam gave us further discounts. Then to our surprise, he got a trolley and loaded our purchases onto it, and walked with us for 15 minutes to our car, which was parked several streets away. Never ever have we experienced such wonderful and friendly customer service. We will definitely shop at Babycare Nursery again and will most certainly recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you sssoooo very much for the fantastic products, price and service. Everything was perfect!!!

Fantastic customer service! – Baby Care Nursery has a great range of products with competitive prices. Customer service is fantastic and same day delivery for my order was so convenient. Definitely, cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent service – We were given a second hand cot recently but as it is quite a few years old, the recommended mattress size isn’t widely available anymore. Baby Care Nursery was the ONLY store I could find that still stocks the mattress we needed. I placed an online order and Andy called to organise delivery that same day. How great! Could not recommend these guys enough.

Terrible customer service – Trying to return an item is a nightmare. Staff became rude and were not helpful. Do not shop here unless you know you won’t need to return!

Beware - no returns AT all despite goods untouched – I ordered 2 car seats from Baby Care. Unfortuatley so did my partner - so we ended up with 4 (I'm pregnant with twins). I explained the situation and Jess from Baby Care states once goods are delivered there are no returns. No compassion, no compromise just a flat no. In what day and age do we live in that an online shop does not accept returns? I've never bought anything online that does not offer a return service.

Unreliable and Unaccountable Information – Although their price is competitive, the service provided by the lady is very poor on multiple occassion. My husband and I were quoted $300 cash for Infa Luxi Crown and $500 cash for Safe N Sound Platinum AHR. Little WiWa Play Mat – I ordered playmat on line. A lovely cushioned surface, perfect for my limestone floor when my 3 year old granddaughter (and me too) play with blocks and toys on the floor. As this mat slides a little when walked over I have put a rug underlay under it. Andy personally delivered the mat and the Burpy Bibs I also ordered to use when burping 6 week old granddaughter. Absolutely amazing service – Andy and his team were absolutely amazing. We bought the Maxi Cosi Pria baby seat and got the option for the walkthrough install of the baby seat. Highly Recommend! Throughout the whole process Andy demonstrated a genuine care and no-nonsense attitude towards baby safety. Sam is a star - matched the best online price and delivered the colour I wanted to my house! – I popped in to the store and asked for a specific model of baby seat. Sam showed me the colour that he had in store, which I wasn't sure about. Sam offered to grab the other colour from his warehouse and come over to my place to show me and my wife both. Very quick delivery and cheapeast price amongst competitors – I bought a GB Pockit Stroller for $287 including delivery and three days later I received it! Babies R US currently retail it at $399 excluding delivery! Very happy that I had to write this review.
