We absolutely love these camera's. The Peace of mind we have knowing they are safe and secure is second to none. Im a dairy farmer and also have it set up so I can milk the cows and see my littles sleeping in the milk room. Its made life easy and given us extra flexibility. I have been using the Tweetycam for 10 weeks now and I am loving it! Here's why: - Simple to setup! It uses Bluetooth so all I had to do was plug in the power and press a button on the back of the camera to pair it. attached to his bassinet using the fleximount attachment and the monitor on my bedside table which means that when he fusses I don't have to get out of bed. Being able to have my eyes on him at all times eases my anxiety big time!! - Multiple mounting methods means I can either attach it to the cot using the flexi mount or once he's old enough, I will use the floor stand so that he can't reach it from his cot. - Grows with your family! It has capacity to do split screen with multiple cameras. I currently have 2 cameras setup and can view both at the same time! We will be going on a holiday soon and will definitely be bringing the Tweetycam with us. I couldn't go a night or day nap without it :)
Such a great camera for multiple children. Having up to 4 cameras with a separate monitor that is wifi free. Split screen viewing on such a large and clear screen even in low light and night mode. Highly recommend! Show reply

My Monitor and Cameras work perfectly. When the thread on the camera mount on one of my cameras broke I was able to get a speedy replacement with a few pictures of the issues. The customer service from Tweetycam was speedy and thoughtful. 10/10 Show reply
Follow-up · The installation was super minimal - it’s as simple as screwing into the mount - I bought them from tweety cam - and it’s a universal camera fixture. Follow-up · The new monitor is somehow better than the original one I had. The vision is so clear, even in pitch black and the sound is great. I'm using it daily. Unsure what caused the static noise, possibly interference of some sort.

which is no small feat when this is such a small movement. 2. We love the range of sounds we can have playing for Bub while he sleeps - the pink noise has been perfect for us but imagine over time this may change as he gets older. 3. We really love the extent of the pan and tilt functions - with other monitors and cameras we have been restricted as to where we can set up the unit to actually monitor the baby properly but it was easy choosing a location with TweetyCam. We did get (and recommend) the flexi mount - it's a small price to pay to be able to set up the camera in even more ways. 4. It being a wireless FHSS transmission was essential for us. We didn't want a camera/monitor on a wifi network for safety reasons so this was a must.
But what has led us to leave a review is the exceptional customer service we received from Ted when we had an issue with the camera and monitor not pairing after approximately 6 months. We did troubleshooting according to the online instructions, then contacted customer support and they assisted us so promptly despite it being the Christmas/ New Year period. When we weren't able to get the pairing to happen, they arranged a quick delivery of a new camera and monitor set under warranty so we wouldn't be without one for any longer than necessary. As consumers we need to understand that occasionally problems happen; it doesn't make the product bad, especially when it is only a handful of devices that have an issue. The fact that TweetyCam is prepared to resolve with whole new units when there are problems gives me even greater confidence in the company and the product. I don't hesitate to recommend to any parent requiring a monitoring solution.

it shows the temperature in my baby’s room - it helps me dress him each night and meant I didn’t need to buy a separate thermometer. One of the biggest selling points for me is that it doesn’t use the internet. There’s no worrying about connection issues or security/hacking concerns, and it’s great that it doesn’t rely on my phone. It’s so easy to use, especially when I’m exhausted in the middle of the night. I did have an issue with my charger randomly breaking, but the Tweety Cam team were unbelievable. They replied to my email straight away and sent a free replacement so quickly. Exceptional company, exceptional service, and an exceptional product. I would recommend this to any family. I can’t recommend it enough. I genuinely can’t fault it.

cheap baby monitor, which was going to end up as junk once we returned home. Until my husband somehow thought to give Tweetycam a call since they were based in Brisbane and ask if they had a spare monitor for us to borrow. I thought it was a crazy idea but we gave it a go and Brett called around different suburbs and surprisingly loaned us one out of goodwill! We were so grateful for the help. In addition, the power pack has truly been a lifesaver on multiple occasions- we had an unexpected power outage during this hectic trip and it saved us for almost a full night of sleep. We have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the product but most importantly, the customer service provided each time. Thanks again Brett and Ted!

Camera system and monitor are easy to use and good quality. We had a few minor issues with the range after 7 months but Ted from the customer support team was fantastic in helping us troubleshoot. I’ve had a Really great experience with tweety cam, I have had the monitor for 3 years and recently bought a new screen after my toddler dropped my original one, mind you it’d been dropped plenty of times!
