sure when they could get the new belt in and could fix. I would never buy from this company ever again with the manufacturing their customer service Being Absolutely terrible.

I think this could be a fantastic washing machine, but – I purchased my Ariston 10kg washing machine 3 years ago. In the first year, I had to have the circuit board replaced due to haywire timings - wasnt a big deal for me and all was good after. lower front panel. On close inspection I found a very slight water leak around the door. I contacted Ariston with a photo of the rust and they immediately raised a store credit for the store I had purchased it from so that I could get a replacement (with a new 5 year warranty) as they didnt have any stock. The new one arrived mid March and after just a couple of washes, I noticed this one also had a leak, As I had a 30 day return guarantee, I reluctantly returned it and replaced it with a 12kg LG machine. I am actually very disappointed about this as I really liked the Ariston and still believe it to be a superior machine once they get the kinks out of it, I dont think the LG washes as well as the Ariston did and it only has the standard 2 year warranty instead of the impressive 5 years of the Ariston. I will still be looking at the Ariston again in years to come and this is why, despite my issues, I gave 3 stars where I would expect to have given 1 star due to the issues that I had. I hope they come out with a new model with problems all fixed.
