I’ve bought from Phonebot in the past and keep coming back. The products are very competitively priced and come as described in the condition selected. I’ve looked around in the past for other second hand dealers and found phonebot to be competitive on price, quality and delivery. Absolutely no hesitation to keep purchasing through them. Show details

Perfect even Expensive – Someone maybe quests why I bought ipad pro 2020 in 2022, but pls, ipad air 5 for $929 and ipad pro 2020 refurbished for $919, 120hz screen, 4 speaker and 128G storage still beats, 8G M1 chip is powerful as a computer cpu, but 6G A12Z chip is not bad and I don't expect it could do complex work as a computer, if there is a demand, why not using a… Read more

computer? It's like an aircraft engine on a bike, why not use a normal engine vehicle? I refuse to be brainwashed by consumerism...

Talking about price, it's not very favorable as Macbook air is something like $1200, also I have to protect it very carefully.

A great little device – I am new to Apple products and this iPad Pro is my first. As I get to know it better and become more familiar with how it works and the apps for it, the more I am liking it, but not to the point where it could replace my laptop computer. First of all some of the apps are a bit so, for example I use outlook for my email, but I find the app for this… Read more

very annoying and lack a lot of functionality, but I have overcome this by using the web version. Some other apps, such as the iRobot app for the vacuum cleaner only run in portrait view, the same with the app for my Sony headphones. As I use the Apple keyboard cover on the iPad, this is extremely irritating as I have to remove it to use the apps. Another issue that it has it that the WiFi suffers slowness when downloading apps from the Apple site. When this happens, I have to log out of my Apple account and restart the iPad. Apart from these issues, this is the best tablet I have ever used and I love it. Battery lasts all day no matter what I am doing. It seems to be reliable so far (I have owned it since Christmas). I have purchased a multi hub that stays plugged into the one USB C port on the device and this lets me connect my USB drives and camera card to download photos, something that I would highly recommend. It is pretty tough too, as I fell down the stairs and dropped it, with no damage. All in all a high quality well-built product that does what it promises to do.

The iPad that ticks most, if not all of the boxes! – I really can’t find anything to complain about the iPad Pro (11”) 2020. For me it’s the right size for portability. The camera is decent IMO for an iPad. I like the design as well Show details

Portable and practical – I have had the new Apple iPad Pro for several months now. I had two uses in mind for it 1) to be able to have a portable device to be throw in my handbag and access for work related issues as the need arose and 2) to be able to lounge around on weekends and read the paper on. In relation to work uses its pretty good. I find typing on it hard… Read more

although note I have not purchased a keyboard to go with it. Typing on a screen is perhaps something you could become accustomed to but for me this detracts from the amount I use it for typing. For online conference calls, viewing documents etc its wonderful. The screen is a good size, spectacular quality and runs very smoothly.

Lounging around on weekends is perhaps not reason enough to spend the money on this device however if you have it for other reasons as I do but can use it for the added benefit then it's a wonderful use of this impressive technology. You'll actually not find a better screen or device for scrolling through papers and magazines in my opinion.

All up very happy with my purchase. I think keep in mind if you aim to use this instead of a laptop you'll either have to learn to type on the screen or purchase some accessories.

Clarity, but need practice – Would love to have given 5 stars, still early and need to become acquainted with the Pro. This was an upgrade from my 9.7 iPad Air. Prior to purchase, I viewed online the benefits to such a large purchase. It was very appealing, emphasising in depth colour, new apps, in depth editing and much more. Extremely appealing and worth the wait. This is… Read more

a whole new concept on modern use of technology. I may not be able to elaborate on tech specifications due to each user has there own use. I personally chose the 12.9 pro for * camera * screen size * clarity/picture * Disney plus app * accessories to compliment Apple Pro * ? Linar app. ( even though have seen in reviews, still trying to activate/?download app) Each day, as you use the Pro, you become more comfortable, yet there is still much more to learn. Be aware, there is no home button, therefore you need to adjust on how to use. Due to Covid 19, was unable to have a quick rundown on how to use from Apple Store, so practice, practice. Some You Tube has been helpful. Also, at this stage, a scheduled session is offered from Apple Store where a 1/2 hr session is provided, yet again limited time and just touch the basics, but is very helpful.

Pretty impressed – I purchased this iPad with the intention of replacing my laptop, as I wanted a single device for both ‘computer’ and ‘tablet’ tasks. I ended up opting for the cellular model as I enjoy having the ability to use my iPad anywhere, and not being forced to rely on a Wifi network. I would say this is one of the reasons the iPad Pro is superior to a… Read more

traditional laptop.

Whilst I wouldn’t recommend the 2020 iPad Pro for anyone who owns the 2018 model, it is a great upgrade if you’re coming from an older model (2015-2017) or you’re starting out.

The battery is more than adequate- I do sometimes find myself needing to top it up once throughout the day, but I do use it constantly. If you do intend on replacing your laptop, I would strongly recommend a USB C hub (which will allow you to charge/connect a monitor at the same time) and the Smart Keyboard. Whilst the Magic Keyboard does look tempting, I simply couldn’t justify the price (the standout features of the Magic Keyboard are the inclusions of backlighting and a trackpad, and a ‘floating’ design).

The only ‘negatives’ in my opinion are the lack of proper multi-monitor support and not having the ability to play audio through the iPad’s internal speakers when it’s connected to a monitor, but those issues are limitations of iPadOS, not issues with the device itself.

Perfect for uni and work.! – Extra features make this into a hybrid computer. I previously purchased an 11” thinking that it was ideal but for me I ended up getting the 12.9” wifi version and found it perfect for my work. Show details

No competitors – I've been using this monster performance tablet last two months. Other than price, NO complaints at all. The price of 128GB WiFi + Cellular iPad Pro is almost equals to the latest MacBook Air. For me, the 11-inch iPad Pro is the clear winner. Because I use it as Tablet and Computer. Day to day works can be done very easily. Thanks to iOS' support… Read more

of mouse or trackpad.

Excellent screen, superb sound quality and great batter life. Apple's A12Z processor and 6GB RAM make this tablet more powerful.

USB-C is very helpful to use mouse, keyboard, external display and other USB devices such as external HDD.

Best purchase I ever made! – I bought this iPad with the latest apple pencil to help develop my artwork and I adore it! Everything runs perfectly, everything flows so smoothly and with the new Apple pencil I can draw so easily and steadily. My artwork feels limitless! If you're an arrest looking for a tablet this is the one for you! Show details
