the backlight drains battery so i have to charge it once every 1-2 weeks.

The Logitech Unified Receiver (orange star) or bluetooth multi-point connection is excellent and supports keyboard mouse switching as i have multiple computers and laptops on my desk.

My biggest complaint is it needs Logi Options+ software to be installed. The software is unstable and requires manual termination / restarting / reinstall / update so the programmable buttons sometimes work again. That level of unreliability for office use isn't great.

I spilled a little water on the bottom left and half the key lights are a lower brightness a few months later :( I expected it to be a bit more reliable, lucky the lights aren't an important feature for me.

app can be bit flaky connecting so not sure what the go with that is as i sometimes can't check how much charge i'm receiving..

solar panels have a glossy feel which will get dirty over time..connects via unifying device.. wish it could be bluetooth though.. No backlit keys unfortunately but the feel of this keyboard is lovely.

Ability to tilt the keyboard on angle but they feet do feel a little flimsy. A quiet keyboard means i won't be disturbing others when typing..

thing is beyond a joke. I'll keep buying Basilisk mice as long as they don't put a Copilot button on that too. Unless there are key cap replacements and a hardware control option to revert the keyboard to a common ISO layout, my next investment will be anywhere else. If you can find a new old stock pre-AI era keyboard, I'd suggest going for that or pick a premium manufacturer.

Second Natural Keyboard in 15 Years – Finally had to give up my original Gen 1 natural keyboard from more than a decade ago. But not because of the keyboard but the PS/2 connector was… Read more

becoming loose. I do not have a single bad thing to say about that keyboard. So naturally, my replacement would also be a natural keyboard since I've learned to type with it (even if I don't type as much as I used to).

The Gen 1 keyboard with the split design was mainly designed for the arm spread circular motion when typing. This 4000 keyboard have also accounted for the wrist twist rotation motion towards the centre. Even for me who have used the natural keyboard for over a decade still need a bit of relearning and adjusting with this keyboard. But that leap is no where near what it would have been if transitioning from a "standard" or a laptop keyboard. But that retraining is highly worthwhile for those who do A LOT of typing long term. Microsoft have also added 4 additional keys (equal, parentheses, back space) above the number pad for those who do a lot of data entry. Again, takes some getting used to. The leather covered wrist support is also a nice touch (pun intended). This full size ergonomic keyboard is fantastic in keeping your fingers aligned with the arm to eliminate wrist strain and lateral bending.

Now on to the bad points. Microsoft should have split the space bar into two. The keys at the centre (t,y,g,h,b,n) are pressed at an angle following the wrist rotation so they are easy to press. But the single space bar is pressed vertically which makes it feel a bit stiffer. The second problem is the most complained about online relating to the zoom wheel. It looks like the scroll wheel on the mouse but it is used to zoom in and out instead. And the IntelliType driver doesn't let you customise the wheel function. There are custom hack available online on how to change the function to scroll but you need to do that for each program and the result is not always as intended. I guess Microsoft have already moved on from this keyboard to create any updated software. Lastly, I wish I could use the function keys as traditional function keys (as in F1, F2, etc). Microsoft have assigned other shortcuts to those keys as default so I need to leave the function lock on to use them as function keys and hence the indicator light (similar to the Num lock and Caps lock) is always on.

For those who don't like this "chunky" look then there is the Sculpt which is better looking and more compact. But I prefer a chorded keyboard.

The keyboard is easily customizable, as it comes with a tool that allows you to pull your keycaps off safely without committing any damage. and the main desk is too high to comfortably use a mouse but well done for a flat panel. This is a small keyboard and after a few minutes of getting used to the almost notebook like feel, it is really nice. If it had some little feet to prop up the top it would be perfect. I accept the design was for mobile use, but how hard would it have been? Some web reviews complain about the sensitivity of the space bar. I find none of that. Getting used to the Dhat arrow keys is a bit of practice but it comes with use - just misses greatness but still a fine product. As a keyboard, very happy. Caveat. I am a touch typist and do not use a numeric pad often, and am very comfy using the primary numeric keys. Size, good tactile touch, quality feel. Missing feet to adjust the slant

keyboard is gently angled, and has a soft wrist support. The keys have a nice spring to them. The mouse is nicely rounded, very easy and comfortable to hold - much better than the 'pinch' ones.

highest tier items they sell, speakers, mouse, keyboard and headset however the last 2 years has been terrible. I have had to replace the headset with a Corsair one as the one I had had endless connectivity issues for the whole time I had it. I wasn’t too upset about this at the time as I was happy to get a higher quality sounding set and was able to sell my old set to get some money back however after upgrading my keyboard to their G915 which was about $300 or more at the time of purchase, I had to have the first one replaced under warranty within 6 months as there was an issue with the RGB lighting. I was happy to get a replacement one albeit having to wait a while for it to be back in stock. I have had the replacement one 4 months past the warranty period and now the ‘R’ keycap won’t work. It needs to be pressed really hard to get it to initiate and then when it does it double presses or just doesn’t press at all. I was hoping that due to being such a loyal customer over the years and noting that this model clearly has issues that Logitech would do the right thing and give me a replacement. The best they could offer was a 30% discount which in itself is great however I am not very keen on the idea of getting a third faulty product in as many years. I will not be buying anything from Logitech again and I highly advise against anyone using them for their peripherals in the future.

web browsers (Chrome, Firefox & AVG), which makes typing all but impossible. I'm able to type a few characters (sometimes a whole word if I'm exceptionally lucky) before the search function activates and I have to spend the next minute, or thereabouts, cancelling and escaping before I can type the next couple of characters before the search function activates, rinse and repeat.

I used three different web browsers, all with the same result, and now I'm using a different keyboard with a problem (hence I can actually write this review), and this infuriating pile of crap masquerading as a wireless keyboard and mouse are where they belong - the bin.

editing the macros is terrible, unintuitive and bug-ridden. The backlight LEDs are cheap and faulty. I have progressively watched them blink out one by one on random keys.

Corsair have accepted a return but at my cost to ship back to China. Quite expensive and then you're left without a keyboard for a time.

The mechanical keys themselves have a good feel and the build quality is reasonable, but overall bad design in key areas really dampens this keyboard's potential.

My previous Keyboard was a logitech G-Series and while it had its own issues - It worked flawlessly on a technical level for 2+ years.

My advice is to look elsewhere until Corsair sorts out their quality issues. Sleek aluminium, nice key response, aesthetics Terrible software, faulty LEDs, bad customer support, unintuitive design, only 1x USB port on back

If you like a slim compact keyboard the cheap plastic bluetooth keyboards with scissor or membrane keys are all that's available. But I just… Read more

discovered the Mistel Airone. I had to ship it from Taiwan. It's worth it.

It's an extremely solid screwed together platform despite being the thinnest keyboard on the planet. There are some compromises for compactness, but the use of Cherry ultra-low profile mechanical keys puts this keyboard in a league all of it's own.

The Airone uses Cherry MX ultra-low profile *mechanical* keys. It's hard to overstate how good these keys are, especially if you're only used to scissor or membrane keys, which are the norm on slim keyboards. The keys are what sets this keyboard apart - although they do a great job on the other areas of the keyboard as detailed below.

These are very low profile keys, as low as on any scissor key keyboard, but they respond like mechanical keys, because they *are* mechanical keys. So you don't have the massive height or any wobbly feel that you might dislike in a full size keyboard but they still have the gentle resistance and clear definition of a mechanical key press.

Currently, for me, I don't know a better keyboard. There are some other pros and cons as follows.

It's hard to get a keyboard without bluetooth these days. The Airone has a detachable USB cable. If the cable gets weak or damaged just use a new cable. There is a bluetooth version as well, if that's what you prefer.

The backlight is excellent, shining strongly through the symbols without any glare from between the keys. It's configurable for colour and pattern, and the keys also have 3 layers of mapping, so you can generate any code from any key. All configuration is from the keyboard itself, without the need for any software. I'm using it on Linux.

It doesn't have an F-key row. You shift numbers to get F-keys. Not really a problem, but I find that because I'm used to an F-key row, there is a slight tendency for my fingers to target the second row down, which is the wrong row, but I think my muscle memory has fixed that now.

The tilde / backtick key at the top left of the number row is changed to the ESC key (which would normally be on the F-key row). This means you have to shift ESC to get tilde and backtick. This is annoying and it's not going to go away. I remapped HOME to tilde but this is the price for not having an F-key row.

The number row, and punctuation keys have the two different symbols side by side instead of on top of each other. Some may think it's kinda cool, but it hinders key recognition a little. I sometimes have to look twice to confirm the key, even though I touch type.

They also added a column to the right to provide HOME PGUP PGDN and the PN control key used for mapping and lighting. This gives extra room for full size cursor keys unlike many compact keyboards. But again I find the extra column confuses my muscle memory and makes it a little harder to target the backspace now that it's one key inside and not on the very far right like normal.

It does have the bottom left control keys in the right order too, even though you could remap them if you wanted: CTRL WIN ALT in that order.

Overall, it's the world's best slim, low profile, compact keyboard available that I know of. Well worth sourcing it if you rely on your keyboard.

a new keyboard that would meet my needs, but also look pretty and provide a good amount of personalisation.I've had very good experiences with everything Logitech in the past so I wasn't at all surprised to find this keyboard met all my needs and wants.

Things I like about this Keyboard: - I like that it comes in white. It allows me to pair it with their G502x mouse (see my review) and my tower to completely update my rig :) - Great customer service if you ever need it. - Easily sourced online and in most stores. I bought mine from JBHIFI and got a good deal. - I LOVE all the colour options in the settings. - I love that you can customise the colours in your own formula and that you can switch between them. - I love the macros along the far left side. Makes gaming a breeze. - I love that it's a lowline keyboard, it prevents my wrists getting sore or needing a wrist rest - The buttons are super easy to push but not too easy. I'm a 80's- 90's kid and grew up with the very first oldschool mechanical keyboards, as such, I like to be able to feel the actuation of the key but don't like the loud clickiness of mechanical switches, especially when sharing a room with a streamer. This one is a perfect middleground. It actuates effortlessly but not so easily that it "misclicks" if you bump it etc. Similarly, it doesn't require much finger energy to activate the buttons, so the typing feel is more streamlined and effortless than my old keyboard. (which was Cherry mx or cherry brown I think) - Its quiet! It's not as quiet as some of those newer suuuper quiet switches, but at the same time, it's not so loud it can be heard from another room. Much quieter than my previous logitech keyboard. (I think also- the metal surrounds of this keyboard help contribute to that quietness. It doesn't sound cheap and hollow like a regular keyboard does.) - I LOVE that it's got a sturdy steel base to it. It feels sturdy and like it'll last forever as opposed to my previous one which was plastic and felt much cheaper. There is 0 rocking or bending or movement of the base/surround ever. Even when I get ragey in a game lol. - I love that you can control music and volume etc from thebuttons above the num pad - I love that you can control the brightness from the actual keyboard too not having to delve into the software on the pc. - It was packaged beautifully. It felt like a really rich experience getting to unbox it LOL. But moreso- providing such a good packing experience makes for peace of mind when I move house too, I know my very expensive keyboard is safely packed away in it's own box and can't get damaged because even the box is luxe LOL. - Nice long cord on it too. Makes it easier for placement options with the tower and cable management.

Things that could be better: - THE PRICE!!! This is VERY expensive for what is basically also offered by other brands at 1/4 the price. (Albeit cheaper ones give you less function buttons and probably less customizability too)

Overall I highly enjoy this keyboard and would definitely recommend it to others, gamers or not.

function keys. What i like about this keyboard is no bloatware software is required to set the RGB effects or program the dedicated 5 "G " function keys. I chose the blue switch option when ordering and the keyboard operates flawlessly with excellent tactile feel and with smooth key press operation. The Keyboard has beautiful RGB lighting effects of the keys among with edge lighting of keyboard frame too. This Keyboard is on Amazon AU at approximately $120 and imho is streets ahead of the $389 keyboard it replaced. As it uses and supports almost all hot swappable key switches I have ordered additional switches with various actions to try out just for fun.

The keyboard appears to be of high quality both in materials used and functionality. Based on my current experience of this keyboard I would highly recommend both the product and the brand. This is the first time i have come across a keyboard that functions fully 100% out of the box without having to load drivers or software to be able to customize its operations.

Easy to install & carry around the room or within the range. Connected to Win 11 via Bluetooth, working absolutely, fine.

Soft key travel while typing which is better making less noise comparing to mechanical and cheaper QWERTY keyboards in the market.
