After delivering a small amount of material, he vanished and has since refused to answer any calls or text messages.
This experience highlights a major failure in Service Seeking's platform. They claim to vet their tradespeople, but our experience shows they do not. There is no requirement for tradies to contribute to a dispute fund or provide any real security for customers. They simply list names and collect their fees, leaving customers to bear the full risk.
This is not an isolated incident for us. In the last four years using this platform, we have encountered numerous issues, including tradespeople who have stolen property from our home. Another installer refused to return to fix an 85-inch TV that fell down a week after installation; we were fortunate it wasn't destroyed. I urge everyone to be extremely cautious when hiring through Service Seeking.

had a basic hospital cover plus an extras that I had for the purpose of dental check ups etc. Shannon advised me the extras cover i had wasn't worth what I was paying and I was better paying out of pocket based on my usage. He was honest in saying that after taking out those extras, there was probably not a better hospital basics that my current policy. A quick check later and Shannon got me on a basics hospital plan with the same coverage which included a dental extras to cover the full treatment costs rather than a % rebate job. Better package than I had at a cheaper rate per fortnight. Super friendly and couldn't recommend enough.

lead I quoted the client. I spent time both by email and two separate phone calls with the client going through her needs and the quote. She accepted. I sent the meeting invitation, for the on site visit and inspection. She accepted. The morning of the appointment she then sent a scathing email saying she DID NOT ACCEPT OUR QUOTE. I have paid for the lead. Don't have exact amount of the lead but in the vicinity of 54 credits. I reach out to the Support team on 15th March - and provide all the detailed information and correspondence with the client. On 26th March I followed up. I was sent a reply email addressed to a different person, (always makes you feel very under valued, when a customer service team can not take the 30 seconds to verify a Christian name). I was then told they had contacted 'the client' (the one who messed me around, wasted my time accepted, then cancelled) and are waiting on her reply. Even though I have sent all the detailed correspondence and dates. I receive a subsequent email, which feels like a delaying tactic, asking me which exact clauses of One Flare's terms and conditions and refund policy I am referring to. I have, just a few moments ago, no lie, received another email from customer service asking me to show proof of where the client cancelled. This info was provided on 15th March, 16th March, and now, for fun, for a third time on 26th March. Who is actually running this show? Cancelled my subscription and these folks can go eat a worm.

get an email from Zembl asking to log in and set up a password for easy access to pay bill, view outstandings etc. Which I did, first thing I checked was the rates they are providing

The rates are higher then what was discussed, called back and spoke to the rep he said he will look into it. Later get a response
"Looks like a rate structure change. I think this will actually be better for you. As you will benefit from the off-peak and shoulder through the day time."
Which was not the case.
I would not recommend this company at all. They lure you in with low rates but the rates change when you get the welcome pack.
