I'm a new customer in a new house on NBN HFC and the sign up process was incredibly easy and quick. I called support to help me set up the NBN modem and Murray was so helpful and stayed on the chat until it was sorted. Every speed test I've run has hit at least 495/45, usually around 500/47. Really happy with Neptune, thanks team!
