Finish Quantum

I found this did not dissolve properly and often became trapped in the dispenser. This is probably because the tablet is too large for most dishwashers. I was not very impressed with its cleaning ability either, often having to re wash by hand dishes removed from the dishwasher. Dishes are not really clean after washing, but the overpowering, disgusting chemical smell of plates, pots, and utensils is not only disgusting, but also makes me wonder about the safety of eating food with this perfumed residue. Show details

Clean and streak free – I have used Finish Tablets before and could see no difference in performance with Finish Quantum. It did leave all the plates, glasses, cups and cutlery clean and streak free. would not use this product again except for the price. Since it cleaned the same as other Finish tablets, that were cheaper, I would only buy these if they were on special.

Best thing since sliced bread – This product legit changed my life. These guys weren't damn around when they put the word 'Quantum' on the packet. Ok, so let me set the scene. 65 degrees, universal clean dishwasher setting. Wine glasses, cups, plates and all of your usual dinner time culprits stacked high. Pop this bad boy in and press start. An hour later - bam! Shiny dishes. What a time to be alive.

Baked on stuff – I don't agree that no dishwasher tabs get rid of baked on stuff on pots. I use flat ceramic dishes in a glass convection oven most evening meals and all of the Finish and Logix tabs get them perfect every time in my Bosch without any precleaning at all. Got the same result with the much older Westinghouse with Finish tabs too.

Very disappointed in Finish Quantam and forced to throw a whole expensive packet of these tablets out. dishwashing had finished made me uncomfortable and worried this chemical rsidue was unsafe for my families health and wellbeing..

Do not use for silverware – The product leaves dark staines on silver. Silver cutlery turns brown and looks terrible. I am afraid my silver has been severely damaged.

Worst dishwasher cleaner ever – No good, doesn’t work one little bit. Doesn’t dissolve in any of the wash settings and food still on most of the dishes. When you pay top dollar for a product you expect results. Will not purchase anything from this mob again. Show details

Don't waste your money and time – Gave it a try and regret it. Capsules do not dissolve. Even on the longest clean cycle, dishes are still dirty. We have a fairly new and well performing dishwasher. The filter is clean, the dishwasher has been descaled, and I pack it sensibly. Only since introducing Finish Quantum All in 1 have our wash cycles not cleaned our dishes. Never again – When it doesn't stick in the DRY tablet dispenser, it sticks to the bottom of the dishwasher. Why would anyone design a dishwasher tablet that sticks to the inside surface? Show details

Doesn't dissolve – Same problem as many others here. Product does not dissolve completely. Dispenser still has part of it stuck inside And leaves blue residue on some of the plates . Very disappointed and will never buy again ! Show details

Finish Wuantum does not dissolve – We have soft water and a high end Kitchenaid DW. The Finish Quantum packets don’t completely dissolve and leave a sticky residue in the compartment. Unlike Max in 1 this stuff is no good. Will not purchase again. Show details

Do not clean well at all and always find some of the tablet undisolved in the machine – Will not buy again. Doesn’t clean properly and doesn’t dissolve, gets stuck to the door most of the time, even when I have purposely dried the door to prevent this. Show details

Tablets don’t dissolve – Like so many other people have mentioned, these just seems to get stuck in the dispenser and don’t dissolve. Not good for a top of the line product. Prior to these I used Fairy from P&G and they were better. I will be going back. Show details

I need a new dishwasher detergent – I purchased Quantum because of the better reviews, oh was I disappointed. I have had to run my dishes through dishwasher cycle twice each time. This makes me want to just handwash my dishes. But I bought such a large pack I just want to use it up. Even after pre-rinsing my dishes I am still disappointed in the results. I won't purchase this product again, very disappointed.

Very disappointed – This is a terrible product, I cleaned my filter in the dishwasher, thinking that might be the problem. I then hand washed ALL my glasses to remove the residue and placed them back in the dishwasher. Split pods – I have only got less than half way through the pack and the pods are all turning to mush in the bottom of the bag. I will not be purchasing them again! Show details

Finish Quantum Ultimate – Tablets don’t dissolve , I’ve tried 5 from the packet and same outcome. Called the toll free number on the packet twice and still haven’t been contacted. Coles refused to exchange the product cause I don’t have my receipt ! Won’t be buying this product again  Show details

Finish Quantum Ultimate Tablets – Purchased this product September 2020. Worst Finish product I have ever used. My stainless steel knives come out with rust spots on them and they have been rinsed prior to going in dishwasher. tablets and knives are coming out clean again. Very false advertising by Finish for the Quantum Ultimate I wont be using it again and if they remove the power ball tablets then I guess I will be changing to another product. I have had dishwashers for over 40 years and never had rust on knife blades.

White powder is solid and does not dissolve – Rather disappointed with this product having ordered tree packets. The product contains three different constituents. White powder and a yellow and red liquid. the cycle was complete. Tried massaging the white powder loose,before use, to no avail. We have now returned the product to Costco and are now using our old Finish powerball which has served us so well for many years. Did we have a faulty batch ?

The new pouches leave specks on dishes – I have been happy with Finish for over 20 years but their new pouches leave dirt spots on the dishes. I gave my neighbour the pouches and she gets the same dirt spots on dishes. I cannot find anything else - only Finish pouches in my slightly remote IGA supermarket. out dirtier than they went in - Finish pouches are not fit for purpose. For now I have switched to Fairy tablets that give me a NO DIRT SPOTS result.
