Very good support and assistance – This is a new modem router purchased to connect me to fibre network plan. I had problems with set-up connection. navigated my way through advanced settings to fix. I did struggle with understanding her dialect but Cassiel was patient enough and able to help me connect your TP-link modem router to the internet. The set-up was difficult as Slingshot (ISP) provider does not provide support if you use your own Modem.

Great product and great support – I had to Upgrade my modem and with my previous tplink model lasting 7 years I decided to get the next gen from the same company. I had issues when my ISP could not get me connected, however once I contacted tplinks support I was given clear friendly advice which got me up and running in no time. The signal strength on the new model is vastly improved too which is what I needed too. I recommend tplinks products for 100% Show reply
Great Customer Support – I had issues configuring a VR300 to work with Telstra FTTN. Telstra was little help in this regard, but when I commenced chatting with Natasha it was quickly evident that she knew the solution and methodically walked me thru the solution in relative short time. User friendly and easy to learn – Really good router if you're after something that's easy to use yet has some decent more hands on settings. that the DoS protection on the router will pick up p2p torrenting as a DoS and black list your computer / device. Turn it off if you need to do this sort of file sharing. I kinda actually wrote this review just to put it out there publicly that this is an issue so some other poor soul doesn't get super confused when their router decides to blacklist their computer and think their ISP is spying on them.
