Poor Customer Service – Paid for registered postage to have a bracelet, I purchased online, looked at for repairs as it snapped. There was no record of my online purchase therefore could not repair the bracelet. How is it my fault that your online system failed to keep a record of the transaction? the least, as I have other gold plated jewellery from less known brands with a lower price tags that I have had for many years that has not tarnished as bad as my TS Anklet.

When I finally decided to wear it, the clasp was loose from first wear. Really low quality and items. I have other TS items from 7-10 years ago which was good quality. But it’s not the case anymore.

*** Have added a product review on the Thomas Sabo website but it doesn’t look like they publish any reviews on the site, hence why I am writing another review here to make my opinion public to warn other consumers***

terrible – What I ordered VS what I received. Very misleading. Have to send back for a refund. Customer service is also terrible didn't even offer to send me the correct one after spending $1500 on 2 separate orders he same week :(. Would not purchase again from this company they don't value customers.

CHEAP jewelry that falls apart! – I received a Thomas Sabo necklace as a gift, and the material that makes the necklace has become brittle and started breaking. It was only worn 4 times. This is disappointing for any jewellery as it shouldn't happen ever, let alone for a higher end brand necklace over $50. Customer service simply tell me to pay for a repair. Unfortunately my rose gold bracelet colour has changed and can't be cleaned or nothing can be done to restore its original colour. Poor quality and returns process – Clasp arrived faulty and unusable. No formal trackable returns process. Just have to post back registered post at my OWN cost for their poor quality. Then YOU have to follow-up and maybe they will reply. I have not had a reply yet, guess I need to chase Tom again. Would not buy anything again online. Show details

Poor service – Times have certainly changed, use to purchase a lot with TS but most recent purchase goods arrived and quality looks poor. Then try to return and there is NO stores so you have to pay the cost of Registered Post. Take my advise don't deal with them online as there is no after service or care factor. Terrible quality and no responses – Ive ordered alot of jewellery with TS ive had to send more then is reasonable back for repairs - i only wear their stuff occassionally and keep it in the boxes. Most recently a pair of earrign has lost a stone and they have not replied to two emails in a week so i can find out where to send them back for repairs. Show details

Germany for assessment and perhaps a repair that was going to cost $40+GST. I wasn't happy with this so they offered to reduce this price to $30+GST.... This brand markets itself as selling jewellery 'of the highest quality'. Don't be fooled. High quality jewellery doesn't break after just 18 months.....

was similar to a $40 watch I had bought for my granddaughter. Albeit the dragonflies and jewels on it are pretty but I wonder if it will last more than a couple of years. The warranty is only for 12 months. I emailed them the day it arrived writing what I have here but no reply, I have also commented on their Instagram page but still no reply. I think these watches are over priced.

process by taking a different size that was in stock (my original order size still not available, and most other sizes either) and am now concerned that the amiable service may have dissipated due to the horrendous amount of time it took to fill the orders and my last contact with Thomas Sabo Customer Service which was disconcerting. The overextended order time gave me the opportunity to purchase rings from other sites, just as varied in design, and much more affordable. My advice is to take your time and look at other options before Thomas Sabo, which I'd say was mid-range in affordability, because there are some marvellous designs available at a real bargain price. Remember silver is only $30/oz $Aud.

Love their concepts – It's basically sterling silver, and not that expensive stones, but I love their designs and concepts. I have beads and ring. I am a man and think It's suit me. Beads are not catchy compared to Pandora to be honest. Maybe that's why I like it. I actually mixed both Thomas Sabo and Pandora's beads on my bracelet. Also, I recently bought Crown Ring. arrived and I opened it, I was so disspointef as it doesn’t look like it does on the pictures online. It is so tiny and thin, looks cheap, it’s flimsy and it doesn’t fit on the arm how it’s meant to because of the make and shape and therefore doesn’t allow arm movement. I spent $229 on this product which is so over priced and such a waste of money. I have been refused a refund or any form of compensation because it is engraved as stated in the policy, but I can’t believe there was no leniency or consideration due to how terrible the bangle is in person, compared to online. As a result I am stuck with this piece of jewellery that looks cheap and childish that I am meant to give to my friend for her 21st... how embarrassing. I would call it false advertisement and I will never purchase from this store again.
