Extender I was delighted. Quality and design are perfect. The chain is delicate but strong, and the clasp is secure, stylish and unobtrusive. 10/10. I am wearing it now.

Worst experience ever. Jewellery broke within days, earrings came with no backs on them, they wouldn’t send replacements, then I got bombarded daily with text and emails to buy more but they ignored my request to return my purchase. Don’t even bother buying anything. Show details

Sadly over my first wearing of them yesterday, it must have reopened as when I put my hand up to my ear later the earring had gone! The catch must have again opened itself / worked its way open again! Im frankly DEVASTATED! I would have thought I’d get at least one wear out of them! I’m not now in a position to order another pair, financially, though I’d like to! I now have one with a firm and secure fixture, while the other of the pair has ‘gone to God’. What a waste it is to now just have one earring, not two as I intended!

Camile & Stone, especially Ellie, who assisted me throughout the process. She was kind, professional, and understanding, and quickly acknowledged that it was likely a manufacturing fault. I was given several options to resolve the issue — receive the same item again, swap it for something different, or choose a 100% store credit refund. I really appreciated being given a choice.

I decided on a replacement of the same bracelet, and it was organised straight away with no hassle. The entire process was smooth and reassuring.

While it’s never ideal for jewellery to break so soon after purchase, I truly appreciate how efficiently and thoughtfully the issue was handled. That level of customer service really makes a difference.

consumer laws. So I attempted to cancel my order to no avail. I have also seen them reply to people on here asking them to change their negative reviews into positive- this is incredibly unethical and unprofessional. Most of the good reviews seem to be from people who have received incentive. I will never purchase from this brand again and I will be warning others. If my order comes and it is not 18k gold vermeil as promised which I doubt it will be, (I will be going to a jewellers to get it assessed), then I will be reporting this company. They send you so many marketing emails yet don’t reply when you have a genuine query or concern- only care about making sales and not customer satisfaction. I do really hope when my necklace arrives it is decent, but I am not hopeful it will be worth the money I paid. Will update but this is my experience so far.

GREAT customer service. I messaged their Instagram account detailing an issue with one of my rings losing its gold coating and was met with kindness and a replacement ring on its way within 24hrs of messaging. 4 stars because I was upset my coating has come off quickly but I can not fault the customer service at all! My other rings and bracelet ive brought from here have had no issues.

another platform, a representative asked my order number on 6th Jan, which I gave quickly. I also added that in my email query, I asked for them to send a postage label so I can return the one I received. Until today, I haven't heard anything from the company, except for more promotional emails. Very disappointed.

Update: they took awhile to respond and action, but they've given a replacement item, so it's all good now.

Staff member was great. The jewellery is not. And the all the gemstones are man made. There are no natural gems at all. And anything that says white sapphire is only a cubic zirconia.
