The cruise was quite good but trying to get our money back from the casino is a long drawn out pain in the....... 10 weeks have passed. You can't call anyone and they reply to enquiries with that old cliques. The cheques in the mail. You can't do anything about it. Princess cruise lines distance themselves from this process. Follow-up · It is now the beginning of April and still no return of our funds from Princess Cruises. They don't care at all. I only played pokies. They still owe me $341. 18 weeks. Totally untrustworthy business.
Had a relaxed harbour cruise with Tom and staff. The trip is great value for money. The food was great, the bar was well stocked and Tom's knowledge as a local was brilliant. Would recommend this tour. Show details
Booking process was easy via “get your guide”. There was a group of four of us with one person using a walking stick on the Sydney Harbour Cruise. Just enough assistance was available. Disgusting buffet food – Disgusting and I can't believe they served up this slop to paying customers. The worst buffet food I have ever had. I threw plate and all in the bin. Amazing time for a 30th birthday – Amazing time spent aboard The Jerry Bailer boat 4 hours travel time , staff very friendly and accommodating the whole night . Awesome cruises – Would just like to say that last year I went on two cruises with this company. The whale watching lunch cruise and the Christmas day lunch cruise. Both cruises were wonderful experiences. Easy to book, fantastic food, cold drinks and excellent service. The views and the whales were to die for of course. I'm hoping to repeat them both this year. Daughters 21st Fantastic Night – Great to deal with, attention to detail and smooth sailing all the way. The Jerry Bailey was stunning, exactly how we imagined and planned. There was plenty of food and very delicious too. Awesome DJ, Would definately recommend 10/10! Very Professional all the way.
Good family night out – Booked through Groupon easy as. Had a goo experience which matched my expectations. Was satisfied with the amenities onboard. Good music nice food and friendly staff. Good value for money. Thanku will use services again.
Avoid If Planning A Wedding – All seemed very good at the time before we handed over a deposit but shortly after we had paid the deposit the customer service was absolutely terrible! Communication is TERRIBLE!! They don't respond to emails or return phone calls!!!
