My wife and I have just gone to the 15 days Europe Christmas Markets Tour. This is very similar to the Classic Europe Tour so the feedback should apply too. nights. Whilst it can be tiring, my wife and I had the time of our lives. Everything have been organised and didn't need to think much. Our tour guide Michelle did an amazing job, providing background stories of each spots and we felt comfortable and informed the whole way. Bus driver Gareth was very reliable and got us there everytime without too much issues. Helping us with all of our luggages and kept the bus awesomely clean and tidy everyday. Both definitely made the trip well worth the money and effort. Would definitely consider to go with mycruise again.

activities the following day and the next so we get to prepare what’s coming up in advance. There were times during the trip when it seems like impossible to accomplish or visit places due to weather conditions and local activities, but Lara made ALL THINGS POSSIBLE and at the end of the day, we made it through all those hindrances. Well done, Lara! And of course, Artur’s driving skills and keeping us always safe on the road. Thank you, Artur! I did most of the optional tours with My Cruises and I was happy that I did not make any bookings outside My Cruises as all that I wanted to see, experience local folk shows, know about historical events, landmarks that I have wished to visit/explore were covered by the optional tours led by Lara and the local guides. The Swiss Mt Pilatus surprised us with an unexpected snow experience, Vatican highlights with Sistine Chapel painted by Michael Angelo made me cry for joy, went through the Holy Door that is only open every 25 years, the classical music concert in Vienna was grandeur! The arts, the architecture, the canals!…and so on and so forth. For me, everything on this tour was perfectly curated to visit and experience 15 countries in just 24 days. The food that was included or part on tour was most of the time fairly good, but a few did not agree with my palate. But, the wines and beers made me finish all of the foods served! We also tried some local foods, delicacies, and drinks suggested by our Tour Leader Lara and mostly were delicious and exceptional! There were 46 of us who travelled from different parts of Australia for this Best of Europe Tour and within 24 days I got to develop beautiful friendships with some great individuals and already planning for our next My Cruises adventure.

formed some great friendships. Please note: This tour is full on, you need to be fit, you need to be able to climb stairs, jump on subways to get a feel for how the locals live, your up early and back to the hotels relatively late, you will walk on some days 10km +. Optional tours are an added cost but worth every Euro $. Overall this was one of the best holidays I have experienced. Thank you My Cruises and a massive Thank you to Tiago and Adam!!

I did the Grand Europe tour 30 days, fantastic experience. Not for those who have mobility difficulties as this tour was full on, lots of activities including walking. Kev kept us all safe in parts of the world where there was undesirables such as pick pocket’s and gypsies. I recommend this tour as I had a great time and learnt so much, and I recommend Kev and Liam as tour leaders.

to the final documents as we wouldn’t have booked private tours in Rome. Made friends that I believe will become life long. Gemma’s advice for local activities in the cities we visited was invaluable. 45 persons of all shapes and sizes makes for an interesting experience - but Gemma handled all situations with diplomacy and respect. Our accommodation was good to exceptional. There was only 1 hotel that left a little to be desired. Included meals were sometimes disappointing however at the end of very busy days were appreciated. The beginning of the tour was extremely full on (lots of walking, late nights, early mornings) however it slowed down to a more relaxed pace after the first week. Our only criticism is that we would have appreciated early notice of extra activities so they could be factored into the budget. This would have also prevented us from booking external tours. From the initial contact with Mycruises to the tour itself we would highly recommend them if you are looking to experience the Best of Europe. A lot to see in a short time however so much fun. If you have Gemma as your guide that is your tour Bonus. Thank you Gemma for 23 days of laughter, amazing experiences and a lifetime of wonderful memories.

Follow-up · I am 87 years old and anything concerning technology over the 'phone is hard for me to understand. I would prefer a future payment over the 'phone to be done by a third party e.g. RACQ Travel. Over the phone payment didn't work for me. She was so energetic, positive, and full of life every single day. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she always greeted us with the biggest, warmest smile — even on the longest travel days. She truly cared about each person on the tour, and it showed in everything she did.

Don't use this company, worst experience ever, hundreds in extra costs that you have to pay, this company should be investigated, once you have paid you are on your own, don't bother trying to contact them as they fob you off. over a number of months and each time we choose our seats at the front but on the plane but on the day, we were allocated seats near the toilets at the rear of the plane. Worst company ever, instead of direct flights or a single connecting flight they booked the cheapest route possible it took 3-4 flights to get to the final destinations, very very tiring and exhausting and only left with 20 minutes to rush to the next terminal for the connecting flight...also the other rip off is because they source the cheapest nastiest components to this trip we had to pay hundreds for CARRY ON LUGGAGE and on some flights, we weren't allowed carry-on bags at all....well done My Cruises you have the award the for the biggest travel rip off company. We were allocated the smallest and noisiest cabin on the ship, no sleep due to constant noise Do yourself a favor DON'T USE MY CRUISES, you will regret it once you have paid them thousands of $$$ and realise you are on your own, as they tell you it is your problem to solve. Absolutely the worst company and trip we have ever had.
Lesson learned we won't use them ever again.

We booked the Rome to Miami Package that included accommodation in Rome to start and in Miami at the finish, air travel from Australia and the MSC Divina 21 day sea package, finally return air travel from the USA to Brisbane.. that was uncomfortable and had unacceptable mostly Indian food and we would have been better off just staying in the terminal. The flight out was with Emirates on an A380 in Economy and this was fairly comfortable, unremarkable and uneventful which is pretty much what you want with international air travel anyway. The three hour stop over in Dubai was in an extremely comfortable lounge we booked privately that spared us the agony of going anywhere in Dubai. When we arrived in Rome we had no ground transport provided so we took a. crazy shuttle to the hotel in Prati near the Vatican on the left bank of the River Tiber. The hotel Mama Shelter was a little odd, the rooms were decorated in the style of The Rocky Horror Show and the front desk was The Rocky Horror Show, .run by kids who barely knew what they were doing. The hotel rather remote but it was roomy, the shower was fine and they have a huge breakfast restaurant heavily patronised which gave you us good start to the day. There were also some outstanding restaurants in this neighborhood which we had an opportunity to try. Try Romane 10/10! Try Secondo Traditione 10/10!! Moving on from Rome we needed to get to the Civitavechia Cruise Port, quite remote from the city and no transport provided, so we took a taxi that cost us Euros 140 or around 270 Australian dollars! Ouch!! The hotel had no available transport solution. At the cruise port check in to the MSC Divina cruise ship was rather uneventful although we did have problems with a dispute about the form in which the ESTA would be presented to the MSC check in desk.They wanted a piece of paper!! After the resolution of that problem with a digital ESTA we boarded the ship without any difficulty and found our way to our fantail cabin 12266 at the rear of the ship. We dealt with some minor issues around the dinner booking schedule promptly and ate early dinner at the Black Crab inclusive for the following 3 weeks. What was immediately apparent was the lack of any sort of welcoming amenity in the cabin. On the upgrade at cost Fantastica package we had unfulfilled expectations ...The cabin was fairly typically appointed and reasonably spacious. MSC Divina is gorgeous, built in 2012 as a tribute to Italian culture and launched by Sophia Loren, it's just beautiful. Think mid-century Italianate Palazzo with a touch of Las Vegas and you have an idea of the style of this boat. In the ensuing three weeks at a dozen port visits we became inured to the chaotic Italian (dis) organisation, while loving the crew. and bonding with our cosmopolis of fellow travellers. Having visited most of these ports previously we elected to stay aboard the ship on all stops other than Alicante, where we met up with my wife's former tennis mate from the Gold Coast, now living in Spain, for lunch. We made quite a few lifetime cruise mates en route and our multicultural dinner table was made up of Puerto Ricans, Persians (!!),French Canadians, Koreans and of course we Aussies! Plusses: the boat obviously, the public spaces, the pools, the massive inclusive Manitou buffet, the gorgeous formal Black Crab restaurant, the wine list, the bar service,. our gold stewards at dinner and in the cabin. Minuses: the cold food at dinner, the unresolved cabin issues with air conditioning, plumbing and the shower, the relatively poor entertainment provided. The standard of the restaurant food was poor at first but improved markedly over the 3 weeks (the lead chef changed in Barcelona we were told) and was excellent by the end of cruise. After 21 sea days it say we arrived at Miami MSC cruise port and an orderly disembarkation. There were six other cruise ships in port that day so it was humungously busy and it took us quite a while to get to our package hotel, the Upsun Social Club in South Beach, by Uber. Another unusual hotel, in preindustrial art deco style, although a recent build, pool on the roof, we liked it, but not our painfully tiny room, really only suitable for one person, a twin bed and one uncomfortable dining chair for occasional seating. They wanted us to pay extra to get an adequate room! But we did have our first decent shower in 3 weeks.. We'd suggest MyCruises would get a better response with practical hotel rooms in packages at marginal additional up front cost!! After Miami we flew to LA with AA to stay with old friends for a few days before finally returning home to Brisbane with Qantas. We paid around $16K for the package and think that overall it was reasonable value.The MyCruises itinerary executed to plan without any serious issues beyond accomodation standards as noted. We'd fly with Emirates again and cruise with MSC again. Overall, 4 out of 5. Ciao. Liz and Dennis Leman.Varsity Lakes.Queensland.

Vip International Airport lounge,for two hours drinks and food, @ lunchtime,did not happen were refused at the venue, I rang my cruises got a young man on the phone he told me there was nothing he could do as it was complementary anyway, rubbish, you have to pay for those lounges.Later found out the supposed lounge did not open to 4 pm useless to everyone! ,Second problem their free transfer on train from Milan to Rome,most trains we traveled on had luggage racks on bottom on floor, this particular train that they booked had luggage racks overhead, well what a challenge it was for a whole group of us to lift 25 kg worth of a suitcase over our heads onto racks, a lot of us had to help each person just to lift these suitcases up as no help direction or assistance off anyone. this is what happens when no care factor or research is involved. As for the cruise component it was overall very good, but My Cruises need to disclose that some of these ports require considerable cost to get to the main attractions and it is not always easy to aquire transport options particularly in Rome & their standard reply is you should research the country you are going too, guess what I did! but my cruises sells these packages as very glamorous and they can be a nightmare & costly which is not disclosed,if you don't do your research & can be caught off guard easy. On the upside the hotel they booked in Milan & Rome were more of a 5 star than four star in my opinion.As for the plane tickets they book you they book them as cheap as they can with usually no chance to pick a comfortable seat, unless you pay a considerable amount more to my cruises & airline for changes, just another money making racket.My cruises you need to do better with your care factor, just look at some other reviews on product review, there not pretty!, I really do hope someone looks into all the complaints as they need to be addressed, & taken seriously instead of raking in thousands that people put their trust into your company.

We have complained to them since returning and they refuse to change their current stance of not paying for drinks package We have been advised by a reputable travel Agent of who to take the complaint up with and we certainly will . Many of the other guests involved were going to do the same thing I would never use this company again and never recommend it to anyone
