Tax agent did fraudulent tax return in wrong name a year after account was set up by fraudster and became then became inactive as transferred to another agent. Account first set up with old and invalid id that had expiry date within days. Id… Read more
documents had been changed and updated months before. Then I changed name to stop fraud. When account reactivated and they took access without my permission - they Didn’t ask for proof of name change - put tax return in with wrong name. obvious code 7 and 8 issues. Likely code 1 issues. Several complaints made. Don’t use them !
Follow-up · The account was reactivated after being dormant for a year using a “Live Photo” and electoral role search - even though my name had changed - no new id was asked for and the electoral commission has said no search was requested so obvious a fake one. Worst tax agent in the world!!! – Worst tax agent ever! as a authorised agent if mine. They refused to do it and now trying to steal my tax refund by changing the banking details several times over after I told them to stop and no longer want them as my tax agent. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TRY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

Dont waste your time!! Service is atrocious! – ABSOLUTE [Content Removed] -DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I have lodged my tax return OVER A MONTH AGO, and am still waitibg for it to be finalised by their ‘accountant’ and after several messages back and forth clarifying information, i still had no result. I called and spoke to someone there and said if they cant finalise my tax return i want a… Read more
refund. He then said okay well its pending information so wel’ll just refund you. I then said well it isnt waiting on anything as i have clarified multiple times with then and theres nothing more required and he said they are just following ATO and as I spoke the man kept talking over me and repeating himself. I asked him to stop taking so i could speak and he ignored that and continued repeating himself.
I then talked over him explaining hes not listening or understanding what im saying to which he said sorry i cant hep yu goodbye and stopped talking however didnt disconnect the call!! I repeatedly called out to him with no response. Forcing me to hang up. Then called their customer line again at 3pm WA time (their local time) and was met with a recorded message that noone was in the office and to call within business hours which i did!
Absolutely disgusting way to treat clients. I am fuming. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE

Useless don't answer messages can't find docs I sent seems to hard – Don't answer emails 3 diff ppl ask me for the same doc I sent yesterday dont answer emails in app or otherwise sent docs through app and supposedly they never got it yet it's in the chat messages the fact 3 ppl have messaged me in one 24 hours and still didn't answer me on when will it be done I am lodging my own through mygov it's free and easy .definitely no thanks to oneckick life who have been nothing but a hassle thx for nothing Show details
