Cannot get a replacement charging cable. I lost mine, company doesn't offer them or reply to emails so groomer is now totally useless. 18 July -Nutbags has since got back to me. They definitely will not sell chargers separately. only solution they offered was to buy a new unit. I have now bought a groomer with identical features from Temu at half the Nutbag's price. Show details

Half decent product but unusable now. Lost the charging cable which is small and easily done. No option to buy a replacement or any specs so I can buy a replacement. Sent a message to them to get specs but they ignore messages. Poorly managed company. Wouldn't reccomend Show details

I have had 4 nutbags body groomers over around the last 4 years. I would love to give a five star review as they do cut and groom really well, however the unit itself does not last very long. because I have bought so many. I continued to buy them as I really like the cut they give but I wish they would last longer. I am considering trying a different brand with more warranty.

I received a faulty unit that would not charge. I reached out to customer service which gas a delayed response. On average their response time was about 3 days. arrived in good time again but edunfortunately had the same fault again! This time I decided enough was enough and asked for a refund. They advised me that it was processed but I never got it in my account. I asked them to send me proof of remittance which they refused and after about 2 months of communicating they decided to ignore me. Now I'm out of pocket with 3 faulty units and all these replacement blades that I paid extra for at the beginning as a bundle. These guys are crooks and have essentially stolen money from me. Avoid at all costs

I have tested a few different types over the years, but the Nutbag Groomer is the best I have used for grooming below the belt. Out of the box, it feels like a high-quality product. I’ve noticed zero nicks or razor burn since making the switch, which surprised me, to be honest.

No issues, and it cleans quickly. It's had decent battery life so far — charged it initially and it's gotten through a few sessions without losing any speed.

The adjustable guard is fine, but could be a little more secure when being changed between lengths.

Overall, I was really impressed. It's well conceived, absolutely effective, and makes grooming significantly less stressful. Even better, it's Aussie-made, which is an absolute plus. I'd recommend it to any bloke who's looking for an actual proper tool for the job.

The nose ear trimmer is ineffective at cutting hair in both ears and the ear I would give 1 out of 10 The nutbag groomer cuts the skin and does not trim close. I cannot use it around my balls. It is ok if trimming around collar and ears to 2-3 mm but no closer. Ergonomics are good it feels good in the hand. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone Show details

Ordered on the 25/4 and still waiting! Sent an email but had no reply. I have however received countless emails with discount codes and asking me to leave a 5* review. I wouldn't recommend. Taking way too long for my product to arrive. Does not mention anywhere on the website that the items get dispatched from Australia. If I knew that then I wouldn’t have ordered. Very disappointing and I 100% won’t be ordering from this website again.

An awesome shaver. Cuts super close so be careful but once your used to it it is the best thing since sliced bread.
