up from 1sec in 1 sec increments then jumps to 15sec increments at a much faster pace meaning only a ninja could hit a real-world time setting first attempt. The starting point should be sensible eg. 1 minute with 1 minute increments. 2) the pcb doesn't have a backup battery (a v cheap addition, industry standard) which means if the electric trips you've lost all your settings. It takes ages to reset the clock not helped by the starting year being 2014! Have they really not developed the software since then? 3) it wont accept button presses within 500ms so if you can't flick through menus quickly when you're familiar with the oven. I'm sure it's 'debouncing logic', but it's poorly implemented. 4) you want to switch from the grill to the oven, so you press home to change the mode then it says "to change the setting stop the operation by pressing [play]", so you press the [play] button but that just clears the message then you need to press it again..... seems like the oven is being obtuse

Really great product – This oven cooks evenly. It has a great range of cooking settings. It is easy to sue and easy to clean. It is a very good product for the cost. The slide away door is super handy. Show details

Not made to last – I’ve never seen an oven door break before, mine is of course just out of warranty. The rails that control the wheels are made from plastic with a very thin metal strip on top. an outside quote to fix, is $$$ so thinking of a new oven instead but not a Neff this time. Self cleaning leaves a lot around the door and there is already rust appearing on the outer bottom. After reading 2021 UK reviews even though I’m in Aus I can’t see the product quality getting any better. Hope this helps someone.

To date I’ve cooked a roast chicken and vegetables, cooked a pizza, my muffins and even tried my hand at bread and everything turns out beautifully. So far so good I love this oven

Arrived DAMAGED.... Neff REFUSES to replace! TERRIBLE customer service – We bought this oven (and the other Neff Oven Model C17FS32H0B) after seeing the glowing reviews online, but no one mentions Neff's horrendous customer service when products ARRIVE DAMAGED! We contacted Neff Customer Service in early July and did not receive any further correspondence from our request. We have tried to get in touch on a number of occasions and after being promised further phone consults we are redirected to call centres (who refer us to Head Office, who then refer us again, to call centres!)

Although the oven seems to cook well, with each use the seals become visibly more frayed.... and this is at less than a month old!

We paid good money for a quality item, and we want what we paid for- a NEW and FUNCTIONING product (which we clearly did not receive given it was dented and damaged from Day 1).

Neff customer service has been unhelpful and evasive. They finally offered a repair of the seal, but it is only fair corrective measures are taken to replace the oven that was delivered DENTED and DAMAGED.

We are incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied, especially given how the oven seals worsen exponentially with each use. Such a shame given it cooks well that this issue has remained unresolved.

LOVE MY OVEN – I am so glad I was encourages to purchase my Neff oven. Love how the oven door when opens, slides under. Far safe. Ease of use with the touch controls. Cakes/roasts/slow cooking all come out perfect. Pyrolytic cleaning is a dream. No more harsh chemicals. Would definitely recommend Neff. Will never buy anything else. Show details ·  1

Neff Oven self cleaning not so great – I have 2 x Neff ovens and the self cleaning while is ok Only cleans to around 90 % It still leaves a hard residue around the door and on the glass Which I gather if you don’t use oven cleaner you have no hope of removing Show details

Great Oven – I love my Neff oven! The door magically slides under the oven allowing safe and easy access to the inside. Wonderful oven – I cant express enough how much I love my new NEFF Pyrolytic Slide & Hide oven. I was finding it a little difficult to navigate so I went to a cooking demo at Winnings, Indooroopilly yesterday. I found this to be so beneficial. advanced – no other product comes close to finish and the door features. Just had a roast done in it and to be really honest the vegetables were done better than the replace oven .Cooler in kitchen it is amazing. Brilliant – Very happy with my purchase. The hide and slide door is so much more convenient and brilliant if you have a bad back. I also purchased the Telescopic rails, this truly does make life easy. I know longer have to pick anything out of my oven I can even serve from the tray whilst keeping warm.  Show details

Expensive but necessary for small kitchen – Hearing of the slide and hide feature, I wanted this oven. Being heat sensitive and having a small kitchen, this feature was so important. It came highly recommended by a chef who uses it himself. European brand, pyrolytic for self-cleaning - basically a quality product. Love the door! – To be honest the oven itself cooks no better than any other, but I am in love with the slide and hide door! I first saw the ovens used on Gret British Bakeoff and had to have one. Don't get me wrong it cooks perfectly well, but for the price I couldn't honestly recommend it over any of the other ovens I've had. completely and it slides under the oven so opening the door and lifting items out becomes an easy task.

Now that I have my beautiful oven installed, I admire it everyday. It is a very useful oven with many functions and settings. The oven heats up very quickly to the desired temperature. The fan force is very effective and it is a quiet oven too. I love my beautiful oven and this motivates me to bake and cook in it. My forearms do not get burnt any more. Yay!!!
