Costumer support doesn’t really offer any support, you get more lifespan from cheaper brand.
Very disappointing, definitely will stir away from the brand for future.

Top door condense and water droplets – I bought this model in fiji from an authorized company. The first piece i received had the issue of condesing on the bottom left of the top door gasket seal. The company replaced with second one and unfortunately it had the same issue. I have attached images with the review. Its a waste of money and time. I have to run to comapny back and forth. Less than 5 years, the compressor failed! – I called for the guarantee, and she asked me a hundred questions, a local handyman came and check it, so the %100 compressors not working, I bought it 5 years ago from Harvey Norman in the supa centre, I don't have my receipt after five years, so, she said, they can't help me! Appliances Online to have a look; service man said it is normal and withing manufacturers limits. My previous 20yr old fridge wasn't making as much noise as this one. It is very disappointing as now I am stuck with a buzzing fridge, i had to pay from my own pocket for service and these fridges are not consistent from one to another. I cannot recommend if you are looking for quiet fridge.
Positives: it is good for 1-2 people. looks great too and fits small spaces. Good design inside.

recycling your old fridge for free. Was $699 Retail, I got a discount of $300!, after a quick easy online application & a few days wait for approval. Delivery fee was also discounted. There are similar size fridges for around $400-500 but they aren't as energy efficient, I'm hoping to save around $100 a quarter off my electricity bill. It's a 4 Star & 279kWh, about half the ratings of my 10 year old fridge, so for once in my life I cant wait to get my power bill! I chose this mainly due to the energy rating & size, plus its a new type of cooling motor with a 10 year warranty on its parts. I love the sleek tall design & stainless steel finish with easy wipe off for finger prints. It has door cooling so things are evenly cool no matter where you place them. Its quiet, I never hear the motor cutting in & out like my old fridge did. Its quite spacious inside & has multiple ways to arrange the shelves for different heights. It even has a slide out shelf at the top. The freezer has a twist out ice maker tray. My only complaint is there is no light in the freezer?!! Also I dont like the top shelf of the door being an egg holder for 16 eggs which seems a bit 'eggstreme' for a small fridge!! And not everyone buys eggs, I dont! I just took out the 'eggstra' useless egg shelf which then gave more height to the two little shelves below it. Also the bottom shelf is plastic with grid patterns & not very even towards the sides so not good for standing slim bottles like sauce, so the lower shelf is only good for flat & wide things. Overall it was my best option from those available in the discount scheme.
Small form factor, roomy inside and energy efficient – Always sceptical of buying new appliances, nothing these days is made to last. Nice and Compact. Has enough room for 1-2 people. Great for apartments – Wanted (or needed) a fridge that was small enough to fit in an apartment, but large enough to store food (I'm a food hoarder). integrated egg holder in the door, or at least to have the option for it to be able to be removed. I really would prefer to use the space for other items.
For both freezing and keeping items cold, it does a great job. It also has a slide/pull out tray up top and the other trays adjustabl. Tempered glass too for extra strength (and safety).
The only thing is, the beeping alarm to notify you that you've left the door open too long seems to activate quite quickly, repeats often and is a little annoying (perhaps you can adjust this, but i haven't looked into it). I guess this can be a good thing, encouraging you to keep your door shut.
Great energy star ratings too.

temperature easily. I like the door open reminder beep and the light is bright to see all your items. The freezer is spacious also and has plenty of room for multiple frozen meals/items and freezes ice quickly.
Overall a great refrigerator - can recommend. Love the stainless steel and modern design.
Great value fantastic performance fridge! – This is my second LG fridge ( had to sell the first one because the apartment already cane with a fridge) it has a dry non icy technology that you don’t have to defrost the freezer every now and then. Great Size, Sooooo Quiet! – I have had this fridge for 2 months now, it is extremely quiet. The door compartments allow for for plenty of storage for all size bottles. Lighting is great! Great Fridge – I bought this as a replacement fridge for my tenants and it's absolutely stunning. The design is sleek and with great looking curves. It can totally blend in to a modern home. However, it gives out a little humming noise but it's not too noticeable when you are not in the kitchen. 4 stars energy rating which means you are entitled to a $250 rebate (QLD only). Great slim fridge – Great fridge, nice and slim so easy to get into awkward or smaller spaces. Keeps nice a cool, logical shelf spacing. Purchased this fridge for the office – Fantastic fridge! Works perfectly, the temperature doesn't change, the fruit stays fresh in the bin and the ice tray is a treat and easy to use! Would recommend to anyone (work or home) looking for a new fridge. I would have preferred a bottom-mount fridge because it makes more sense to me, but they are more expensive (sometimes by several hundred dollars) and the choice is more limited in-store.
