water and septics this product line works really well with my limited needs, as I'm slightly rural I'm learning to order ahead of time. However, I have found a supermarket that are now stocking the dishwasher tablets so really happy with that option.

I have been using "Universal cleaner" when my daughter who was concerned about the environment told us about it. I wouldn't use anything else - as it works ! and bons is it doesn't leave an odour. I use it on my wooden floors & inches bathrooms. Great product !

I’ve been using this for years and love it. It cleans almost everything effortlessly. I wouldn’t use anything else in my house. It’s so cost effective as well.

A major leak destroyed most of my stock, leaving boxes soggy and useless. What was left couldn’t be salvaged.

- Dishwasher tablets turned soft and sticky after the leak, and even before that, they didn’t clean as well as other brands.

Even my NDIS-funded cleaner stopped using Koh soon after starting and brought her own products instead. And what a difference in the quality of clean!

I contacted customer service requesting a refund due to the huge product loss and unusable packaging. They offered replacements, but after so many issues I asked for a refund instead. Since then – total silence. No refund, no resolution, no follow-up.

The products are poor quality, the packaging degrades, and the customer service is unresponsive. Koh claims their warranty doesn’t cover “degradation” – how is that my fault when their packaging can’t even last 10 months?

Hundreds of dollars wasted and zero accountability. Strongly recommend avoiding Koh, especially if you’re thinking of buying in bulk.

Koh universal cleaner is a very effective stain remover. I have used it recently on bloodstained clothing, pet urine stained mattress (don't ask!) and pasta sauce stains on a shirt. I highly recommend this product. Show details

Universal Cleaner is well named as it is truly universal. I have ditched all other cleaners since finding this. With the introduction of other cleaners I am truly a KOHGIRL. As a senior I have cleaners coming in and have introduced them to KOH. Judith Mc PHERSON

I have been using Koh Universal Cleaner for years now and have not been disappointed and will never go back to using anything else. I have recently used it to prep the walls for painting and worked a treat. Sorry no photos.

of product in the Koh mop as I always have been so it’s not user error. My sister, friends and mother have all noticed this change as well and unfortunately due to this we have all changed to different products. Happens so often with good brands and products once they make a name for themselves they start cutting costs and reformulating their products such a shame.

This product is nothing short of miraculous! I really wish I had taken before photos to show the transformation. The shower glass, after just one use, is sparkling! The grout brush is simply fantastic and we just love the loo cleaner tabs. We've switched to the Koh kitchen products too and love them too.

Lack of clear information on the efficacy of product – In the past, I purchased Koh and was very satisfied with its performance. However, after making a bulk purchase, along with my mother doing the same, we discovered over time that the product becomes ineffective. As I didn't have an oven for a long time, there was no need to use the product. Despite it being able to be used for other purposes. I had products that were more effective.

Which made me wonder if there was an issue with the product. I reached out to customer support and was informed that the product was only effective for a maximum of 18 months. Which is when I mentioned the lack of information or even included in the packaging I was told that my feedback would be taken under consideration. Since then, I have not observed any changes or any indication on the products regarding a use-by or effective-only date, which is quite disappointing. This also renders the 30-day guarantee Koh provides as misleading, as it falls within the product's effective date range.

I remain quite upset with the lack of concern in the response from customer support regarding my concerns and the ineffective product and lack of information or inclusion on packaging. I believe it is because people generally have a higher turnover with the product, using it within the 'effective' period, which you don't know when you make the purchase. Therefore, buying in bulk on a deal is a waste of money, especially if you plan to use the product over time, or over the 'effective' product period of 18-months.

It's a shame that I have had to resort to chemical cleaners again, as buying Koh again would mean having product just sitting in the cupboard. Additionally, I was unimpressed with the customer service's response to the product's efficacy over time. I was treated as if I should have known about the product's shelf life or questioned why I didn't use it within the period.

Very disappointing

I have written this review as I was included into an email to give feedback and complete a survey about the product from the company. Please take my review seriously, if you have the product after about 12 months. Thr product will slowly be like water.

Terrible customer service – Their customer service is terrible. 3 emails since I purchased from them and no reply. And yet they reply to other peoples comments on social media. Their mop is ok for a quick light clean but you really need a bigger mop with hot water and a bucket for a deep clean. Show details

of the very few products that doesn’t damage the laminate. Yet it is powerful enough to lean the scummy showers and bathroom tiles.

Hold loyal customers to ransom – I have all the equipment but paying $10 extra for delivery of the Universal Cleaner (of which you can only buy one atm) is the downside. They only reward new customers buying basically EVERYTHING new, with free delivery over $99. Good but not the answer to everything – Works well on most surfaces and the cloths are great. Good on stainless steel surfaces. For floors, it's good for spot cleaning of marks. It's a faff to use it for the entire floor, though. I tried cleaning the oven with it once. It turned into a very messy exercise, required a lot of product and I didn't like the dedicated black sponge. Show details

Koh Universal Cleaner - it is so good – Excellent cleaning product. I've been able to reduce the amount of cleaning products i use now down to 1. I love it on grout, cleaning anything off floors, walls, benches etc. So easy and effortless

It cleans everything – I use universal cleaner on everything floors kitchen floors and doors and the cooker top and counter tops it’s fantastic and I’ll never use anything else
