GBS agreed to improve performance. During 2021 service delivery did show a slight improvement but then slowly reverted. Examples include: defect requests unactioned; strata related issues advice requests unanswered and repeated failure to respond to emails. Clear, concise, accurate and timely two-way communications are critical to a harmonious and professional provider/client relationship. Unfortunately GBS failed this test and the Committee has now transferred strata management to another company.
