you have to pay to receive your completion in email or mailed to you. Note if you want a certificate or a card form. You need to pay again and more. If you want tracking, you will also need to pay for that. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE STARTING WITH THIS ORGANISATION!!!! A QUICK SEARCH WOULD TELL YOU TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!! I strongly agree with the concerns raised in other negative reviews. Based on my experience, I would not recommend undertaking any training with this provider. My request for a refund was declined, and the overall service fell far below acceptable standards. In my view, the organisation does not demonstrate the professionalism or quality expected of a registered training provider, and I would encourage others to consider alternative RTOs.

If I could give these people a zero star review I would. Picked on and kicked out of the class a 15 year old minor trying to get his white card so he can do a traineeship with a brain to motor disability. Where not accommodating for a person with a disability and what was required for him to complete something he wanted and was so upset.

Very Happy with EOT RSA Training – I'm uncertain why there are so many negative reviews. I was very concerned after I'd made payment and then read these reviews. But I had no difficulty in following their online system. I enrolled at 10:30 on Wednesday and received my Interim Certificate from Liquor & Gaming NSW at 4.20pm the following day (Thursday). I am very happy with the service provided. Thank you.

Slow service and nitpicky corrections. Waited 3 days for feedback, got rejected for a minor wording issue, and now I have to wait days again. If you don't pay their extra fee for speed, they make you wait the maximum time possible. Terrible system.

They are a scam. They are not currently registered as a Training organisation as it has expired and this means anything They offer is not legitimate. They also dont reply to communication and have no physical address. Check out their credentials

May be cheap, but a huge waste of time It takes multiple goes to try and record videos that meet their specific requirements. There are no real assessors, just someone using a marking card, forcing yiu to continually step through redoing the videos, stepping towards the answer. take an in person course as i found a job in the time before receiving any certificate here and it’s already looking to run out before i even received the certificate after a 7 hour quiz. on top of all this money spent on this scam im going to have to pay to do an in person course now as i’ve not got my results in time

Do not use this company. It is a scam. They will draw out your training with silly remarks about your course answers just to irritate you into paying more money. that EOT was dodgy, so i investigated the Organization to find out this information. Anyhow i chose to not continue with them and use a local training facility. I asked for a refund, for EOT to refund my bosses money and they refused the refund. My Boss paid $75 and they refused to refund the initial $55 which by the way is the price that the course advertises but after you pay that the course charges you extra charges to continue. Also the course claims you pay once completed! well that is not true, they make you do about 150 questions the after you pay they make you record yourself holding up your license (VERY UNSAFE OVER THE NET) and you will need to answer another 80 questions with video recordings holding up your license (VERY UNSAFE)

This business scammed me of $266 for a Qld white card course which was failed without any assistance to answering questions. Automatically failed because it’s easier to take people’s money. The day before I called for understanding and assistance on how to set up and was met by a very rude lady on the other end and then the course teacher didn’t assist at all because automatic failure was much easier for them. It's been a week since I started it, and I still can't get it completed. Please go and do it with a School, they give you the answers and is much faster and easier.

portal is slow and buggy. useless scenarios and every effort is made to make the process as painful as possible. dont be tempted to get training online just walked into a training centre it only takes 3 hours to get it all done unlike this website which stretches it to 2 weeks.

For a registered training organisation, this is disappointing. The process should be transparent and fair, without hidden upsells or pressure tactics. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re ready to pay extra just to get reasonable turnaround times.

Review of RTO for White Card Training I encountered significant issues with this Registered Training Organisation (RTO) while attempting to complete my white card training. When I raised a complaint and requested a refund, the RTO engaged in a prolonged and unhelpful process. They insisted on multiple re-submissions against what I found to be inaccurate assessment criteria. After several weeks of attempting to resolve the issues, I decided to complete my training with a different provider. The training with the second RTO was completed successfully within two hours, and I received my white card the next morning.

The answers I provided to the second RTO, which were deemed correct, were the same ones that this RTO had marked as incorrect. This discrepancy confirms that the assessment criteria used by this RTO are not in line with industry standards.

I will be lodging formal complaints with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), and SafeWork NSW. I encourage anyone who has had similar issues with this RTO's white card training to do the same.

Site is a scam. They ask you to complete half of the course before you make payment for the course & then say that because you have almost completed the course you cant be refunded. They also DID NOT advertise anywhere that certification would take three business days until after the payment has been made.
