The famous White Card – The course went straight to questions.Am not sure if I missed something or it designed to be like that. when your answer is incorrect rather that generating a new one it redirect and went back to the previous question and if that also is incorrect it went backwards against. So its a bit pedantic and not didactic in my opinion..

Technically frustrating – The website didn't support my MacBook when I needed to fill in my details. Also didn't work for signature declaration. That was pretty frustrating. I had to borrow an android device off a neighbour to finish the course. I can't recommend this course due to the lack of a properly functioning website.

Frustrating at times – I was unable to complete the enter personal details field to move onto payment. Every time I entered my details they would delete. I sent two emails and one phone message. Enrolled for the White Card online training. Course was very detailed and easy to follow. Blue Dog Training was always available for assistance should I have questions. The assessor was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

Not enough learning guide. Some questions are super vague in what is asked and wanted in answer format. When you are asked to change your answers on zoom you are made to go back through your whole practical assessment instead of certain questions that are required more explanation.

Having Steve as our trainer for Rhys was amazing. He really did go above and beyond with not only helping Rhys get through the challenging modules but ensuring Rhys also understood the theory and information he was teaching him. Overall I feel if we didn't have Steve as our trainer to share his knowledge and make himself available when Rhys needed him, it would have been alot harder to get Rhys to finish the work required.. 10/10 Show details ·  1
