Poor service, didnt care , taken 3 months of payments after i decided not to renew, now i cant get in contact, – Its all on record with them, even them sayin they would refund, yeah right you steal someone's money and dont return it Show details

OK – What I would expect from an ISP I guess. The Broadband Access Kit package worked well and got me up and running very quickly. The customer service team took more time to answer my questions about their plans and moving between them than I would expect. I experienced two periods of downtime during the month that I had their service.
