I have to take extreme care when driving in the wet when towing also.

and then they add delivery fee to the fitment centre which is calculated and added in a curious (Dodgy?) way to say the least. Got the same price locally and just drove straight in - no stuffing around online, no wait, no hidden charges and no middle man should I need aftersales service. Tyres were in stock.

I did not go with Tyresales but sure lost a heap of time trying... and then took the time to write this review to (I hope) help others.

Jeanette Fisher is mean, will not acknowledge her mechanic made a mistake and would not financially remedy the costs incurred as a result of failed battery installation.

Very poor experience. My Tesla Model Y was returned with a deep scratch on the passenger door, and they are not responding to calls anymore. Lack of responsibility and customer service. Would not recommend. I would have given them minus rating !

long, and I know exactly when mine were last replaced. I clearly instructed them to change only the two front tyres, but they seemed unhappy about not being able to charge more in one visit. After the service, my car started pulling to the left and even hitting the curb. Instead of addressing it, they dismissed it as a pre-existing steering problem. My car was driving straight before coming in so I wonder how it's suddenly hitting the curb now. Don't rely on this place being honest. I would not trust them with my car again and strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Upon completing this task, I began to contact local dealers to find suitable tyres. Much to my dissapointment, 98% of the tyre dealers either, didn't have stock for the tyres required, or the price was too expensive. I eventually contacted Tyre Right in Coffs Harbour and spoke with the Manager. I was working under a limited time frame, as I was about to leave Coffs Harbour for a 5/2 hour trip north. By this time, it was Friday afternoon. The Manager advised he would be able to have the tyres by Tuesday morning. The price was acceptable and much cheaper than other dealers I had contacted. I accepted this and he sent through the quote. I received a call on Tuesday morning, (3.3.26) to advise that the tyres had arrived. I advised I would be in shortly. I arrived and presented the vehicle for the fitting of the new tyres. After the fitting, I attempted to pay via Afterpay. I had already installed the Afterpay card to my Google Wallet. Despite numerous attempts by myself, and the Manager researching online to find a solution, every attempt to pay using the Afterpay card resulted in a transaction failure. inevitably, I had no option than to pay the total amount, which I could not afford. I did so, and left the establishment. Upon driving the vehicle, it became apparent that there was an issue. After reaching 100 kmh, there was pronounced vibration through the front accelerator pedal, my leg, steering wheel, and front drivers seat. I stopped and advised Tyre Right, who suggested I return, which I did. They advised that the problem was a wheel balancing issue, and proceeded to rebalancing the wheels. Upon completion, I left and started on my way again. Upon reaching the same speed (100 kmh), the same problem occurred. I called Tyre Right again, and spoke with the Manager, who advised he had received a similar complaint from another customer (who had tyres fitted the same day) with the same problem. He (The Manager) suspected that their (Tyre Right) balance machine was faulty. Due to this situation, and the fact that I was in transit out of town, he said he would ring around and see if he could organise a location that I could drop into to have the tyres rebalanced. The manager rang me back, and said he had contacted Tyrepower in Ballina who could do the job if I was there by 3:30 pm. I said I was unsure if I could make the time, but agreed to attempt to get there. I arrived at Tyrepower Ballina(20 mins late) and was seen to by the site Manager. His manner was impatient, rude and scolding, seemingly blamiing me for being late. I had not made a strict appointment, but was offered a time, which I did my best to keep. Upon tending to my vehicle, he then advised he only rebalanced the front as I was late, and suggested if the problem continued, to contact a local dealer to have the rear tyres rebalanced. After driving for some time it was obvious that the problem had not been fixed, but I had no option at this point, other than to continue to my destination in QLD. I contacted the Manager again at Tyre Right and advised of the outcome. He advised me to get in touch with a local Tyre outlet in QLD once I arrive, and have them investigate the problem. He said he would pay for the cost associated with the work. I eventually arrived at my destination in QLD later in the evening. The following day (4.3.26), I researched tyre outlets online in my area to see if I could find a local tyre outlet. I found a tyre outlet in Woodford (QLD), who agreed to see me the same day. Upon their completion investigating the wheel balancing problem, they advised the following: The rear tyres had NOT been balanced at all. The overall tyre pressure was set at 48 psi (12 psi over the reccomended pressure) The front wheels were bouncing up and down upon testing. They dropped the tyre pressure down to 36 psi. They correctly balanced all tyres and refiitted them accordingly. Upon driving the vehicle after this, there was a vast improvement in the comfort of the ride and the overall feel of the tyres, with virtually no vibration.

Could not be happier. So kind, friendly and well priced. We were stranded out of town with a flat run flat tire. But you spent your Sunday morning sourcing a replacement and getting us back on the road to home. Thank you.

of my engine pushed back as if just had a head on collision, is impossible to even imagine being done, yet that’s how my car drove away from this place. It wasn’t like this beforehand, as I had been driving it for 2 years without a single problem, using it as my work as delivery driver. It didn’t get out the driveway of Bridgestone before I was hearing my engine sound so different and all the way home getting worse, home being in the same suburb. There it was seen by my mechanic who saw it prior to this and he’s been left in shock too. He also has done a review because he’s so angry that a mechanic has done this. I will also put here that he took 2 sessions over 2 days with a second mechanic on the second day. Reason for this is , he’s never seen this outside an accident, so hadn’t fixed this issue, it’s not caused from engine disfunction. It is physical movement of part of my engine back into itself using extreme force. My complaint is that I saw and heard metal on metal banging under my car consistently and non stop over a period of over 30 mins. When I questioned this, I was told it necessary for my alignment. Yet now on a phone call to Bridgestone I’m told that didn’t happen. I have marks on my engine right around where it’s pushed back that were not there before. I’ve been left with my life totally changed for the worst and I only wanted tyres. Staff member told me I’m accusing falsely but I am not, I have never wrote a false review and am not starting now. I would love nothing more than to be complimenting Bridgestone on my Foresters lovely tyres but it is my regret this isn’t the case. I have to do this review as my consequences are so bad this there needs to be accountability. It’s life changing for me. I’ve been left without a car, that is for my work, so now no work no other income. An hour at Bridgestone and my whole life has changed and at my age 64 it is impossible to be restored to as it was before this horrible day, as it had been for many consistent years as a registered nurse, and now uber eats deliverer. I’m car less, jobless and now can’t get around for socials and on top of this, in tears again and shaking over the phone call I just received from an unidentified Bridgestone staff member, as they called themself. I am in shock but seriously wondering if it was Bridgestone I spoke with just now. He claimed this was using his phone battery up, and that was why he’d taken so long, hanging up on me twice and only calling to tell me I was wrong about my experience there. That after watching a portion of the surveillance, which flattened his phone, that was enough for him to assume he knew the remaining and call me to tell me Im wrong, interrupt disagree with me and hang up on me. An unprofessional reason, for unprofessional behaviour. I’m needing medical attention now for the amount of stress caused during this. The experience is going down in my records as if the worst of humanity were gathered into one experience. I keep realising that it’s all real and not a night mare, and I’m so glad that I recorded it all, or I would doubt my own mind. Which would be worse than this is. I expect this will upset some people but my only alternative is to let this go and say nothing. But then this could happen again to someone else and might be happening but unreported, as I myself am so tempted to do. It makes me look like it’s my problem. It sounds insane to tell this story. But I am not lying and am prepared to take any lie detector or any test to prove this, if Bridgestone wishes to restore there reputation and make me remove this review and correct it, please do, as I am ready and willing to undertake any test, whether through police or scientific methods, I will consent to it. I have nothing to hide. I did not ask to record there and so my recording is not able to be used as anything but my intended use, which is to revisit the experience for another look for conversation analysis or to see if I heard correctly and or if I did say that etc etc. So I do know what I saw, I know what I said and what was said to me, and I’m reporting this as it happened, unfortunately for me. I have to say also, if I’m called to have another experience as I just had on the phone now with some unknown Bridgestone staff member, I will update this review to note that here as well. past someone had replaced a number of wheelnuts with some of the wrong thread. They informed me of this and got my permission to go ahead and even had to rethread some of the studs causing them extra work. Staff kept me informed and explained everything as they went along. They did an excellent job and I wasn't charged anything extra for the extra work. I would recommend Highway Tyres for their professional handling of my car.

the owner attempted to “polish” it out, removing more paint. When I asked how this would be resolved, I was brushed off with no offer to fix or take responsibility. I’ve since received a formal quote from a professional repairer stating the damage was caused by incorrect machine setup. Extremely disappointed — be cautious if you care about your wheels.

they said they would, got the job done quickly and was a great price (I had a large screw imbedded in the tyre, they jacked up the car, took the wheel off, did the puncture repair on the spot in their fully equipped van, put the wheel back on and I was back on the road in no time). Highly recommended :)
